Desk service was super, my second time staying there. Beds are wonderful and everything well lit and clean. Great Breakfast. Disappointed in that I left some clothes in the closet and when I inquired about them (less than 24 hours later), I was told that I would immediately hear from housekeeping. Never happened. No follow up and after calling again and getting nowhere, I've written off getting them back. This is an awesome hotel, and I'm not saying that because its a Hampton. Everything was nice from the lobby to the room. I didnt have any trouble checking in or out. Everything was a breeze. We compared hotel deals and won with this hotel. A king size room was reserved. The facility was very new and I was impressed with the niceties of the hotel. Overall room size was comparable to a courtyard. Ammenities were also many. The room had a refridgerator, flat screen tv, microwave, stone vanity, large shower, and comfortable bed. For a hamton […] inn I was pleasantly supprised. Additionally, this location had a nice pool. And while the breakfast was not premium, I thought it was descent. One thing to be aware of is the location of the hotel. It is smack in the middle of Mobile and Biloxi. This isn't nessasarily bad if you want to go to both cities, but its a long drive to just one city.
