This is a really nice hotel, it was a great for the price and great customer service. The staff is very nice and always looking to accomodate your... requests. We feel we got a lot included for the price we paid, even the disco and the drinks inside the disco were included. The restaurant a la carte was a real nice experience and the food really good in all the restaurants a la carte and buffet with a lot of variety. Animation staff goes out of its way to entertain you too and there are always a lot of activities, but if you want a quiet time to relax there is also a quiet pool with a cascade, to relax. There are three pools in total. One corner you can't miss is the pond with ducks, peacoks and geese and a big turkey. They are simply beautiful and you can feed them and they will come to eat right out of your hand. We would definately go back od Hortensia M od Santiago, Dominican Republic dana 02-02-2011
