Stayed there for a night, was a good a comfortable stay. Breakfast was ok and was included in the room tariff. Internet wifi was free which was great. Friendly hotel staff, location is near to centre. Will go there again.

The location was perfect, as it's right in between two of the cities we were visiting. It's also not far from the highways (toll charges- but this is normal.) The staff was extremely helpful. I have only two mild complaints: Coffee. The breakfast buffet did not provide hot coffee, it was lukewarm at best. When my father asked for hot coffee, she brought […] some out but it was tepid. The Cappucino machine did not work on one occasion, but at least the coffee from it was nice and hot. There isn't a coffee machine in your room, but you can request one. Which leads to my second issue: outlets. There is one that stays on in the safe (very convenient actually.) And then only one other. My dad hogged that one for his laptop, so I had to keep mine plugged into the safe, which isn't exactly comfortable. The one in the bathroom has limited voltage, but I wouldn't use it anyway. OTHERWISE, the staff and condition of the hotel make up for this! If you want to know where to eat, ask the front desk, they are great at giving reccomendations. Pročitajte više

We are very satisfied with this hotel and often come back here. I would like to mention the man from recepcion - Fabio, who was very efficient to found us room for one more night when hotel was fully booked.

This is a very modern hotel. Four stars definetly not. It is very comfortable, clean, good breakfasts and that is all. There is the space for a pool but not there, sun terrace but nothing to sit on. We were just looking for a weekend get away. Something with that offered spa treatments, and heated pools with a hot tub. From all the websites this seemed like the perfect hotel for that. First impression of the hotel was a 5 for us. We were excited to get there with it snowing out side, we coudln't wait to get in the hot tub and warm up. We got to […] the room and we were very pleased with everything, we unpacked and got our bathing suits on and went to the pool. The hot tub tempature was about as warm as your tub at home right before you have to add more water to warm it back up. So not warm and relaxing at all. Which really bummed me out, since i was looking forward to it all week when i was working out side in the cold. Once we were back in the room, we noticed the room was cooled. and we couldn't adjust the temp. When the morning came around, the wife and I were cuddeling so close just to try to keep warm. we ordered room service for breakfast, and received uncooked bacon, hard rolls, cheese that looked like it had been sitting out all night., and a little cup of coffee. So i ended up driving to the McDonalds which is about a block away. The spa was nice, no complaints there, we got a hour long message. Tried the pool again, and once again it was cold, no tempature control. so hot tub should have been called a cold tub. Then once agian that night we couldn't stay warm and was up in the morning freezing, we ended up checking out at 9 am just so we could get in the warm car and get home! I was pretty disappointed with the whole trip. if your just passing through and need some place to crash, it would be a agood spot to do so, but not a weekend get away type thing. The staff is very attentive and speaks good english. When we arrived there was a baby crib in our room as requested, together with really nice baby quilt. Buffet breakfast was very good and hotel itself is easily accessible from highway.

The hotel service, the room is ok but the location is awful. There is no guide signs over the city to get to. On the map it seemed close to center but really it takes 10-15 in car to arrive. So, for turists I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is set up well for business travelers but not so much for tourists. Since we were using Padova as a regional base for touring, it worked out well (a short train ride to Venice). Stayed one night with wife and teenage son. The hotel was HARD to find (actually a very nice local person who I asked directions from was going in the same direction....and that solved the problem). The hotel itself is very nice - well maintained and the staff were freindly and efficient. The room was large. the AC worked fine and the view was nice […] (of Padova...). Breakfast was also very satisfactory. Very new (June 2011) Hotel with lots and lots of issues to be worked out. Felt like we were nickled and dimed to death - everything costs extra or alot. Albergo nuovo e moderno dotato di eccellenti servizi. Ampia camera e bagno confortevole. Situato fuori del centro storico ma ben servito anche da mezzi pubblici.

Vi var på familie-langhelg (2 voksne og 2 barn på 5 og 10 år) for å besøke Padova og Venezia, og hotel Galileo fungerte ypperlig som base for et slikt opphold. Familierommet var to tilstøtende rom, det var rent, komfortabelt og pent. Frokosten var deilig, mye å velge i, og servicen til betjeningen både under servering og i resepsjonen var upåklagelig. […] Vi gikk til fots til sentrum av Padova, det var en nydelig spasertur men med mindre barn eller dårlig tid er det ikke gå-avstand til byen. Bassenget var i utgangspunktet fantastisk for både små og store med deilig vannmassasje-anlegg og også god plass til å svømme, men vannet som egentlig skulle være 33 grader var bare 28, og det var litt i kaldeste laget. Hotellets restaurant var stengt i helgene, det trakk også litt ned. Både manglende varme på bassengvann og stengt restaurant antar jeg har å gjøre med at vi var der i lavsesong (januar). Hvis de to tingene hadde vært på plass hadde hotellet fått absolutt toppkaraktert :-) Uansett vil jeg ikke nøle med å anbefale et opphold her, det var deilig! Pročitajte više

Hotellet er fint til private rejser. Værelserne store, rene og lyse. Men hotellet er ikke et egnet til forretningsrejser. Internettet er langsomt. Der er få restaurantmuligheder omkring hotellet. Den nye bygning har ikke minibar. De fire stjerne er absolut ikke berettiget, hvis man sammenligner med 4-stjernede hoteller i andre lande.

Hotelwunsch wurde voll entsprochen. Die Freude über Zimmer Nr. 619 war riesengroß! Gute Aussicht, Zimmer geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider haben uns in der ersten Nachte Hunderte von Gelsen überfallen, eingedrungen durch spaltbreit geöffnete Fenstertür, vielleicht auch durch ausgeschaltete Klimaanlage? Tagtäglich ärgerten wir uns über mangelden […] Wasserdruck bei Dusche, Waschbecken und Bidet, der trotz Reklamation nicht verbessert wurde. Fehlender Wasserdruck und sparsame Beleuchtung führen wir auf Hotelsparkonzept zurück. Sehr negativ: Mürrsiches Servierpersonal beim Frühstück. Wiederholtes Bitten um Nachlegen ausgegangener Speisen nützte nichts. Was aus war, war aus, auch wenn die Frühstückszeit noch lange nicht zu Ende war. Erst am 4. Tag sahen wir, dass es Baguette auch gibt, wenn man gleich in der Früh frühstückt. Das Frühstücksangebot besteht zum Teil aus abgepackten bzw. denaturierten Speisen. Saisongemüse fehlt generell. Besonders haben wir uns über die Industrieprodukte fürs Müsli geärgert. Pool und Sauna sind extra zu bezahlen, obwohl mit Wellness und Spa geworben wird. Kaffee- und Teekochutensilien, wie auch Bademäntel und Hausschuhe nur auf Urgenz erhältlich, obwohl im Buchungsanbot. Es gab nur EINE Minipackung Haarshampoo bei Doppelbelegung pro Tag und Zimmer. Alles war in Ordnung und okay. Frühstückraum extrem warm. Energiekosten? Im Bereich Frühstück zuwenig bis fast keine Vollwertverkostung im Sinne von Vollkorn und Gesund essen. Keine frischen Früchte zum Beispiel.

Stayed for 7 nights. Overall great. The room had no kitchen apparatus though it has a stove and a sink. Even no coffee maker. The coffee at the breakfast tasted amazingly bad. That was my biggest disappointment in Italy.
