"sofitel spa really has an amazing spa"
no complaints... everything from the poolside to spa to lobby area was perfection...staff friendly and helpful... HOWEVER....the bar on the first floor...service was a bit slow.....otherwise best trip...all becauase of the hotel location and experience...have been fortunate enough to travel to many places...but would most certainly return!

Overall very satisfied, however, the rooms have thin walls and you can hear simple conversations between rooms. Our neighbors were not being "loud," yet it was easy to hear their conversations. This was my first time using Hotels.ca and staying in a Sofitel and I was truly impressed. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The room was extremely spacious and beautiful over looking the two pools. We ate at the rooftop restaurant and used the spa. Both were exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
