It was So misleading at check-in. They hand you a book with rules to follow. What they do not tell you is that once you are ready to check out, they will try to charge you 10euros for each pool towel one checks out. 3euros per bathing cap, (a must for men and women). We found the staff exceptional from reception to checkout.Most staff spoke english which helped since we only know afew words of Italian It was a totally relaxing 3 days and we wish we had stayed longer. It would be a great place for a second honeymoon. The restaurant served great breakfasts and dinners. Our last night was a special dinner and entertainment […] and dancing outside on the patio. My wife loved her massage at the spa. The local bus stops outside the hotel and we toured the island of Ischia by bus. A visit to the castle is a must. There are numerous beaches a short walk from almost every bus stop. We found the Querce a great bargain with fine accommodations and great food served by friendly staff. We can't wait to return. My wife and I have stayed in many 4 star hotels in Italy and I would NOT class this a 4 star hotel. The overall decor and maintenance of the place looked tired and could do mith a makeover. Most although not all the staff were dour and not welcoming. Breakfast buffet was very poor. Poolside food was adequate. This hotel has nice views and a reasonable pool but for the price, the service and the facilities are very poor. We arrived expecting a spa hotel and realised it is at best a 3 star! The food at the hotel was terrible. We actually left the hotel a day early without a refund because it was so bad. Service is very poor and the hotel caters more for travelers […] that stay as part of all-in packages there. We did end up laughing at what is definitely an Italian 'faulty towers' - Basil, Manuel and all! It was only when we were (quietly) checking out early that anyone even pretended to be concerned about what kind of service we were getting. This was the first time I have ever left a hotel early! To give a couple of examples of the issues - on arrival, the toilet was not cleaned properly in our room; the reception staff were rude and patronising; we asked to sit at a window table at breakfast but were refused it even though nobody sat there or the surrounding tables, after we sat down; the food was overpriced and expensive; and the drinks were 5 star prices! Freundliches und angenehmes Hotelklima, freundliches, hilfbereites Personal. Superschöne Lage mit herrlichster Aussicht! Stadtnahe, gut zu Fuss oder mit Bus erreichbar. Themalbad ist soweit okay (Badekappen sind hier noch usus;-(...) Gewisse Infrastrukturen könnten für ein 4 * Hotel verbessert werden. (uralter Fernseher, das Frühstücksbuffet könnte […] für ein 4* Hotel noch das Eine und andere vertragen, Dosenfrüchte wären verzichtbar;-)). Für Menschen mit Behinderungen eher ungeeignet (kein Lift, viele Treppenstufen). Eher hellhörige Zimmer;-( Es wurde von einem Begrüssungsgeschenk geschrieben und gesprochen, das wir leider nie erhalten haben, was grundsätzlich kein Problem für uns darstellte. Aus unserer Sicht ists einfach dann kein aufmerksames 4*-Hotel. Wir haben nur Uebernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht, was den Frühstückskellner regelmässig ins rotieren brachte. Das Tischreservierungssystem hinkt etwas. Zeitweise haben wir uns deshalb (sein Stress war deutlich spürbar) nicht gerade willkommen gefühlt. An zwei Abenden haben wir im Restaurant gegessen. Der erste Abend war bei allen Gängen spitze. Preis und Leistung sehr gut! Der zweite Abend war dann aber leider eher enttäuschend... Dennoch ist das Fazit gut bis sehr gut, die Lage macht wirklich sehr viel wett. Pročitajte više

l'hotel ha delle potenzialità che non vengono sfruttate a pieno. E' molto trascurato e la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. E' anche molto piccolo, dalle foto sembrava più grande. Sopra ad ogni tavolo c'era un vasetto con dentro una rosa, che però non veniva cambiata quando questa era appassita. Non troppo bello da vedere e soprattutto mentre si mangia […] sentire la puzza della rosa marcia direi che non è il massimo. Proche du centre accessible à pieds (500m) et sur les hauteurs dominant la mer. Bel hotel avec piscine, spa, sauna, bar, restaurant. Une navette de bus dessert l'hotel. La terrasse de la chambre donnait sur la mer et la côte napolitaine. Juste Magnifique !

è perfetto per chi desidera una vacanza riposante con la comodità della Spa interna, lo Staff è molto premuroso, bravissima la Responsabile del Centro Estetico. Per la morfologia stessa dell'isola è difficile trovare dei buoni alberghi con Spa e spiaggia attigua, dunque consiglio di optare per questo che ha una buona Spa e andare al mare in altro modo. […] Uscendo ci c'è la fermata dell'autobus con varie linee di collegamento che ho personalmente usato con grnade confort e nessun disagio.L'hotel ha una bella clientela anche internazionale, ed è il posto che consiglio alle persone per bene che viaggiano sole come è capitato a me.La titolare signora Lina è cordiale e gentilissima. Molto divertenti le serate musicali in hotel, e ottimi i cocktails. Ci tornerò!!!!
