Staff is amazing: friendly and attentive. Bus shuttle to Consulate and to DHL location. Comfy room with free breakfast buffet. Must stay hotel if in Cuidad Juarez!

If you are visiting the US Consulate, you must know that this hotel is not within walking distance. The hotel does, however, provide transportation. I must mention that it would have been convenient to have a refrigerator in the room since my stay was lengthy. Staff could have been more competent. The complimentary breakfast was great!

If you like Hampton Inn , you will like this one more given that you get tons of service from the local staff. Great snacks and free beer at 6pm The vending machines need service and variety But altogether I liked the stay a lot
Clean, comfortable hotel. Have stayed at this location on several ocassions. Quality of breakfast has decreased tremendously.

We really enjoyed our stay, the continental breakfast was more than we expected and the afternoon snack hour was great specially for all six of us two rooms,four nights. Free ride to US consulate and DHL office and Clinics was a plus. Clean rooms, heater all amenities were great fo the price. taking ito consideration that we were there for the worst […] winter storm in the last 40 years, this hotel had everything we needed to stay safe and warm. "Wonderful"
Good clean rooms very Convenient location to the US Consulates office(2mile), close to a supermarket and resturants(both next door). All the Amenities were great! security on site, felt safe the entire time (5 nites) very friendly staff!

This was a great choice of a hotel for the purpose we travel to Ciudad Juarez: Good reasonable price, the place is well maintained and pleasant, the staff was outstanding in helping us in many different ways. We are already recommending it to family members,and friends who may need to travel to Ciudad Juarez.

Fui a una boda y lleve a mi bebe de 1.5 años. Obvio uno se desvela por la naturaleza del evento al cual asisti y la camarista tocaba a despertarnos a las 8 am aferrada a hacer la habitacion a sus horas y en sus terminos.
