We enjoyed our stay with the exception of you're food service area. As I informed the great folks at the front dest upon checking out, the bar service and quality of the drinks would. Stayed here six years ago for another getaway. Remembered how great the bed was. I was looking forward to it again. The bed firmness adjustment was broken. Seemed to be adequate until I woke up in the morning sunk into the bed on my side. My back was not feeling to great. Now on to breakfast, ordered the special eggs benedict, they were delivered cold. […] All of the buffet food was cold and the wait staff was too busy talking to attend to their guests. We love the Italian restaurant Radici and could walk there for dinner and brunch. Our stay at the Hilton was quiet and pleasant and the location could not have been better. We walked around the town, as we like to do, and enjoyed the shops and waterfront. A great winter getaway!

nice hotel going thru renovations, so the pool area was ok, nice breakfast buffet, very prompt valet but I hate to pay $15 a night to park

The only complaint i have is that the heating unit in our room made a ton of noise when it kicked on. The Valet Parking fee was a little much ($15 a night) but it is what it is. If you want a downtown hotel location you have to pay one way or another. I would def. go back though. It is in a great location right near all the bars and downtown shops.

Central location, easy walk to anywhere downtown. Huge room, with coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom with tub AND shower. I could have easily spent a month there!

We did an overnight visit. It was convenient, comfortable and a pleasure to stay at. In the middle of town, we parked our car, dropped off stuff in our room and went out for dinner, drinks and shopping. Everyone at the hotel we encountered we're friendly and helpful!

We had a great time! It was very load after midnight, had young kids above us, but it was New Years Eve. The only issue would be the hot tub, it never got warm and no one came down to look at it after I called. Vallet parking was WONDERFUL!

We got in quite late, and the staff were very accomodating- allowed us a late check out, free breakfast. The room was neat, the hotel is very well located and the valet service is reasonable and convenient. I would stay here again

Great hotel in a great location. A few girlfriends got together for some shopping, eating and socializing. We had a blast. Wonderful restaurants, great shops, good live music, and all withing walking distance of the hotel and within the hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Will come back.

THe only down side to the room was the sound of the heater while it was running. Way to noisy, but kept the room warm

This hotel's best asset is its proximity to downtown amenities - shopping, restaurants, etc. We stayed in a deluxe double which offered city views on two sides. Rooms are pretty quiet except for the very loud in-room HVAC. Vallet parking is always readily available, despite its $15 per day price tag. Good home-base from which to walk and shop.

It was great as always our 7th year in a row, the hotel is showing signs of wear, and it was extremely cold in the lobby seating areas.

Hotel is well maintained, staff have pleasing personally and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is a plus, food is great and enjoyable. Although the pool is very small it is indoor and the kids loved it. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and a few miles away from the Kittery Outlets. As indicated in the above ratings, we were satisfied on the most part. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was exceptionally hard, similar to sleeping on boards. The dial on the mattress did not work.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the bar is a great place to hang out after dinner in town!

When the valet parked our car, he bumped the curb in the parking lot and caused some very slight damage. The hotel personnel went above and beyond to help remedy the situation and handled the whole thing with great professionalism and appropriate customer service.

This hotel is very nice with large rooms and a great bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the WiFi was erratic and slow. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

The only aspect I would change are the pillows. They were too soft and caused me to have a stiff neck the next couple of days, but was highly impressed with the hotel.
