Very very comfortable bed Great location - water views Delicious buffet breakfast Very impressive 5 star hotel located inside the Casino. Highlight was the king size bed one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I slept like a baby for both nights of our stay.

We (couple) stayed at the casino side of the hotel and not the Pullman international across the street, be aware there is a difference. From the beginning the hotel was wonderful, front desk staff-house keeping-restaurant staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, quite, spacious, with all the extras. The bed was very comfortable. We did not gamble in the casino, but if that is your fix there are plenty of the standard table games available plus slots. Overall our stay was very pleasing. However the showerhead was spraying everywhere and the ceilling above was looking a little shabby. We will definately be staying again and will recommend to family and friends as we enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay in a great room with all staff there to help whenever needed. Nice swimming pool and gymnasium. We thought the room looked 'old fashioned' it wasnt as glamourous as it looked on the website. Other than that, the service was fantastic- the staff who work there are really friendly.

A good hotel, friendly staff and a free acess Nesspresso machine in the lobby. The Gym was nice, not many machine, but in good order and set in a nice room. Close to everything and to the conference center. I ll definitely come back if i come back to Cairns.

The staff were very friendly the only disappointment was we paid for the view of the water which was lovely if you didn't stand on the balcony but when on the balcony you see all the construction site across the road. I've booked "Deluxe Waterview King - Accor Dining Offer - room" but the view was ruined as there is construction going on. The service at the Pullman was wonderfully friendly and prompt. The hotel was lovely and quiet for our stay but we did wake to the noise of the building site after the Easter holiday was over. You may need to ask for a room away from the noise if it's relaxation in your room during the day that you're after.

Spacious, clean, light- filled rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Air-conditioning was not responding to controls, so had to turn off as rooms became to cold. Poor reception on some T.V. channels.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I arrived at 6.30am because I was going to go on a 7.30am Great Barrier Reef cruise. I chose this hotel because I thought it would be a more upscale hotel in a central location. Based on the reviews, I expected it to be at least 4 stars. Well, it's really a 3 star hotel by US standards. The staff was unenthused and the whole place seemed dated. Would probably recommend the Hilton or Shangri-La instead.

Everything was great about the hotel. The food and service at the Chinese Restaurant was fabulous. Only there for one night so only tried one restaurant, but have heard from others that all food places in hotel are great. The price was definately worth it. The rooms were also big. Loved everything about it.

新婚旅行で一週間泊まりましたが、お部屋も大きくて綺麗なホテルでした。ただ、チェックインカウンターで英語か中国語しか通じないのとアメニティが不十分だったのは残念でした。 リーフターミナルや市内には近かったため、便利でした。

６泊利用しました。 市街地やグレートバリアリーフへの船乗り場も近く、目の前の公園でバーベキューも出来ます。 ジェットバスとシャワールームが別々にあり、扉を開けば、外を見ながらバスへ入れます♪ 日本人スタッフも居るようですが、一度も見かけませんでした。 ただ、全てのスタッフの方は優しく丁寧に対応して頂けるので、 英語がダメでも問題は無いと思います。

ロケーションは最高で、フェリーターミナルやレストラン、旅行案内所などにも至近。スタッフは親切で、朝早くの到着にジムを貸してくれて、身支度を整えることができた。ただ、夜遅く帰ってきたときにお湯の出が悪くなり、シャワーが浴びられなかったことが唯一残念だったこと。

部屋は清潔でスリッパも用意されていて、とてもよかったのだが、予約したオーシャンビューが、２階の部屋で、たまたま海側で工事が行われていたため、うるさい上にクレーン越しに海を見ることになり、がっかりした。こんなことなら安いシティビューにすればよかったと後悔したが、こういう情報が予約時に公開されるべきだと思う。朝食付きのプランだったにもかかわらず、レストランで付いていないと言われ、部屋へバウチャーを取りに戻り、それを見せて、やっと朝食にありつけたが、チェックアウトの際、朝食代を請求され、またまたひともんちゃく・・・ バウチャーを見せると不審な顔をされ、コピーを取られてやっと解放された。とても不愉快な思いをしたが、エクスペディアの連絡ミスなのか、ホテルのミスなのか・・・ 念のためとバウチャーを印刷し […] て持っていたからよかったが、そうでなければ払うまで解放されなかったと思う。 Pročitajte više
