This was our second time at Thalassa within the past year, this time for my wife's Birthday. Overall this hotel is very romantic, quiet and has everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the sea view, very comfortable bed, great breakfast and the outdoor pool which had perfect temperature. One thing however this time around that lacked was the quality […] of service. We found some of the staff to be extremely friendly and professional, while others seemed to be doing the bare minimum and were not very approachable or friendly. Upon checking in we had a very friendly and helpful baggage clerk, but the staff member who was signing us into the computer seemed like he was interrogating us rather than being warm and welcoming. He then showed us our rooms without showing hardly any emotion. Then I called the spa and kindly asked for some basic information and at the end of the conversation they hung up without a bye or anything. We realize people are people and may have bad days, therefore we still recommend this Hotel and will mostly likely go back at some point. But for such a hotel I would expect that management would ensure more consistent service quality. Pročitajte više

A beautiful hotel with fantastic sea views. The staff could not be more helpful. We ate in the main restaurant each night and the food was exceptional. Ideal if you want a quiet relaxing break in gorgeous surroundings.

We stayed at the Thalassa Boutique hotel for a long weekend 1-4 July 2011. Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a Suite instead of 2 rooms for us and our adult children. The suite was very comfortable and had 2 bedrooms, a salon and 3 bathrooms. The suite terrace was long and overlooking the sea. The suite was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It does not even start to compare with other 5 star hotels in the region, e.g., elysseum. Do not waste your time and money on this hotel. Déception sur toute la ligne. Accueil peu chaleureux. Personnel fantôme. Difficultés avec la chambre qui nous a été attribuée qui empestait le tabac. Puis avec celle qui nous a été proposée à la place de celle-ci. Vue imprenable sur le parking... La troisième tentative fut la bonne. Mais quand même.... Pour un hôtel appartenant à la chaîne " Small luxury hotels of the world ", c'est un comble. Pour tout arranger, il n'y a pas de plage digne de ce nom.
