Royal Mediterranean Hotel - Guangzhou

Well this was my second hotel on a trip to China. The staff is excellent at service, they will help you a lot, A LOT! Friendly english speaking staff. Can help you with tour reservations, calling a cab and even delivering pizza to your room. The cleanliness of the hotel was ok, the ages really seem to be very noticeable. The bathroom was huge! even […] a small LCD on the tub. But you can see mold all around. The room TV is old didn't provide with a lot of channels. only cnn on english was available. The lobby was beautiful as most in china have the opulence and it flowed to the Hal's and guest rooms. They brought fresh fruit to room everyday which for me is huge when I'm traveling. They has a good breakfast buffet and shuttle bus to canton fair. My room was huge and beautiful for a king deluxe. Upon arrival the hotel lobby was beautiful and large. The service was exceptional and the staff spoke english well. They were so kind to upgrade us (first stay) to a suite and the room was wonderful. The buffet breakfast had tons of selections and food was fresh and clean. I would come back and stay again and again.

The reception staff is very polite and friendly. The Chinese restaurant manager is professional and helpful. The decoration is briliant and food is lovely. It only takes a bit of time to order a taxi. We are lucky to be upgraded from a 'Deluxe King bedroom' to a 'Business executive room' on the spot without any extra supplement. We have stayed in Royal Mediterranean for one night only. Hotel is very good, rooms are huge (not sure if we was upgraded or it is normal rooms). Great choice of food for hotel breakfast. All staff in hotel and restaurants are friendly and communicative.

Its a wonderful brand new hotel in a very good location near one of the biggest shopping district in Guangzhou. Very friendly staff always there to help. Very clean and up-to-date service compare to any 5 star hotel . The choice of food is not that much in the restaurant. Other then that i will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast very good,dinner is poor to Irish taste make sure not to bring any notes with the slightest tare or worn to China as the hotel will not cash them as they say the banks won't take them of them.Overall I would stay there again!

Great value!~ Such a shame the Lobby was bad in terms of location (hard to find, felt more like a back door). The surrounding area was busy and not does not looks luxury at all. Room was big and great deco in a middle east style. staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fatanstic, lots of choice and great taste. enjoy the saty.

Everything in hte kitchen need to be hired with extra deposit and there was no microwave, plates and anything else need to be ready for eating. I won't call it a completed self service apartment. Room and living area was in good size, great for family with 5 people. location was convient and not too far form metro train station.

This hotel is rated as a 5 star, dont be fooled. Its a 3 star at best, even for china standards. Also, the photo they use to advertise of the double staircase is false, it doesnt exist. Well located for business traveler. Close to metro, shopping centers and wholesalle merketd. Helpfull staff, except concierge who recomand expensive taxi. I recomand this hotel for business travelers in Guamgzhou.

Beautiful hotel and convenient to the metro. The breakfast could be a little better, with higher quality bakery products. The staff is wonderful and there is enough English.

The hotel is very nice and I had a free upgrade of the room which was completely wonderful. The only negative point is that the staff can hardly speak English so I had some troubles at the front desk and at the restaurant even if the people tried to be helpful in every manner they could be able. Great breakfast. In general I raccomend this hotel!

terrible location...not even close to 5 star as advertised..reserved room for 2 beds and only gave 1 bed ...dirty area...hotel is almost in back of alley...bad restaurant food

The room was very comfortable. But with no wifi in room requiring me to go to lobby was inconvenient. Their is no lounge or bar in hotel. 這次入住是在廣交會前一,兩天,整體來說是很不錯的酒店,附近小吃很多,床很舒適,浴室有浴缸,還有電視,乾溼分離,附贈的手工餅乾很好吃;服務人員的服務很親切,但是早餐是很普通的自助式早餐,菜色亦不多,是顯美中不足之處~交通位置還是很不錯的,旁邊就是地鐵站入口,總之整體來說還是很滿意的!! 下次還會再來!

酒店服務及設備都可以,酒店房間設計在特色,但常情人入住時要留意,因有些房間,洗手間是開放形式的..價格上看,算是很不錯,只是酒店大堂是在內街,比較難找到

未挂星，免费升级了豪华房，房间超大，硬件设施不错。但服务一般，房间打扫马虎，早上自助餐品种少，客人多的时候，食物完了也不及时添加，去晚一点就什么都没有了。

ホテルの部屋は小さめですが、便利で使いやすいです。シャワーが潰れたため修理を依頼したらすぐに修理してもらえました。バスタブがあるためゆっくりくつろげました。ホテルの周りは携帯電話を売っている小売店が多く人がすごく多いため周辺環境は良くない。しかし地下鉄の駅には近いため広州市内を移動するには便利。WiHiが使えるが遅く、Yahoo、Googleが制限されていて使えないのが問題。iCloudは使えない。しかしホテルは全体的に綺麗です。室内プールがあればもっと良かった。

二人で宿泊しましたが部屋が狭い感じでした、朝食は種類が豊富で美味しく特にお粥はお奨めとても寒い日に行ったのですがエアコンはクーラーしか付いてなかったのですがその代わりに追加でもう一枚布団を持ってきてくれました。
