"Great Location"

"springhill suites near turkey creek"
We were in a handicap room due to an aging family member who needed shower capability especially. Overall very good especially since we were there over Christmas. A couple things could have been better. The nozzle on the shower was not installed correctly and shot out a different direction besides in the shower head. Additionally, the only beds with […] a handicap room were double beds - queens would have been much better. Breakfast was really very good - staff did a GREAT job keeping it stocked and delicious. The pool area was well maintained and provided a nice time when grandkids came to visit us at the hotel. "Good for Business or Family"

"SpringHill Suites Knoxville near Turkey Creek Mall"
The hotel was in a great location--right next door to an outdoor mall with every possible store and movie theater as well as a number of great restaurants. The only issues I had with the hotel were the breakfast area and the workout room. The breakfast area was very cramped and crowded. The food was good if you were willing to be VERY patient and wait […] forever to either make a waffle or use the toaster. The workout room was very small and the stair machine was out of order, leaving a treadmill and a bike. There was access to a fitness facility that was nearby but I did not use it.
