We had a great 8 days stay in February 2013. The hotel was clean, with regular room servicing throughout the week. The buffet breakfast and dinners were very good - the food was not gourmet but it we perfectly acceptable and varied. This hotel is apparently 4* which I would dispute, it was more like a decent 2*. However, I wouldn't let that put you […] off - for the price that we paid the value was outstanding. The only slight annoyance was that there was a lot a noise from the Beny's Kids' Club up until about 10.30pm, and as our balcony overlooked it this became a little wearing when our children were trying to sleep. Apart from that everything was fine. A number of people mention the hill up the hotel: this is very steep but shouldn't be a problem for any average able-bodied person. Did not enjoy the stay. The hotel was over run with noisy, unescorted children. Indoor pool/javuzzi a nightmare. Sorry, but definitely not for us. We checked out two nights early.

The hotel staff were very helpful and very pleasant. However, the hotel itself is in need of a refurb....the bedrooms in particular. The sheets on our bed were old, extremely shabby (ie full of holes and stains) and smelt musty. The 'seasonal fruit' left in our room consisted of a battered and bruised apple - not very appetising!!

Friendly Staff, Apartment good size, beds not comfy at all. Cleaners not great, floors never mopped and dirty under beds (Fluff Balls).Room on 6th floor with sea views and sun all day was nice.

There were 3 of us (1 couple and a friend) who spent two nights at the hotel. We had a one bedroom apartment which was the perfect size, with a sunny balcony in the morning. The only thing I would say that was disapointed was the fact that we could hear the neighbouring room making noise until the wee hours in the morning if we were in the lounge area. […] Other than that, it was great. Even the bathroom was massive and clean. It is a short walk to the beach which is pretty good - the beach is clean and wide. The reception staff, and especially Raul, was particularly helpful and suggested restaurants and helped with directions when we went out by car. The hotel itself is really nice. The problem is that it is perched on top of quite a steep hill. Not good if you are elderly or have young children. The beach is nearby but at the bottom of a steep hill too.

Really pleased with our stay at the hotel palace. I would say that the hotel is more of a 3 stars than a 4 stars but thats if you look really close at details. The service, room quality and the amazing variety of amuzements to children and adults are a good deal for the price and to be honest you will find more than enough to be very pleased. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is close to everything, if a bit further west on the stretch, so you do have to walk in a bit to get to the good restaurants etc (but we are only talking 10-15 minutes, its not a big inconvenience.) The hotel was great and has everything you would need. Only complaint would be that the food in the hotel is pretty […] poor standard. We had included breakfast in our package, which should be easy to get right, but everything was a bit overcooked, or poor quality. Even the cereal wasnt great. But that would really be our only complaint. You do have a bit of a steep walk up to the hotel but its manageable and you can enter through the carpark so you dont have to climb as high! This hotel is NOT on the beach. It is about 1000meter from the beach, need to go down a very steep road and cross a busy expressway and good luck to you if you were going to walk back to the hotel.

Me and my family visited here in 2010 and again August 2011. Again it was fab but as mentioned in last years review there is a very steep hill to the hotel so if you are elderly or have small children do not book this hotel.

Found the hotel very well equipped, enough to keep you entertained. Room was a little cramped for 4, where one of the 4 was a 15 yr old, however more than acceptable. Good location, nice town. parking is limited if you have a hire car. Will probably have to park on the street.

We did choose this place for the price and situation, Studio was used just for sleeping, we did ask for see view (forgot about it). Be aware, this Hotel is located on cliff top, requires a good effort to go up. beach beautiful not too many people in june, great choice of restaurant in surrounding . Enjoy the stay

Great value for money. Super location, very friendly staff, lovely breakfast buffet and all your needs covered all the time. A great selection of bars, restaurants and snack bars. Ok let's put this "steep hill" thing into prespective, is it steep, YES but you can go through the car park which means you don't have to walk the whole way this cuts the walk by half. It is not a killer but if you are elderley or have small children do not book this hotel as the hill even half way may be too much for them. I travelled with a Hotel […] is lovely and clean but you will have to pay for a safe box on a per day basis, they don't tell you this when you check on! Pool is not too deep, 150m. You can stay in the hotel to eat but this will cost you around 12.50 euros per person per sitting but there are many bars and restuarants close by including burger king and a supermarket next to this. It is a very nice hotel and the customer service is good. The rooms are average but then according to how much you are paying they are good enough. If you get the train to Banalmadena you will need to get a taxi to the hotel, it is not within walking distance, this will cost you around 7 euros. Taxi from airport to hotel will cost around 25 euros. Had a great time but will not return but this is because we wish to visit other places. Pročitajte više

Benalmadena Palace was a great choice of a place to stay. It is very well located, near to the beach, Selwa Marina and also public transport. The apartment is very comfortable. We loved the swimming pool with warm water. The choice of meals in the evening was satisfying and the food itself very tasty. The staff is very friendly and kind. If I could […] change something to improve I would extend opening hours of the indoor swimming pool and I would put more of andalusian character to the entertainment proposed in the evenings. Vi betalte mye for hotelloppholdet, og fikk først et rom med dårlig utsikt og bråkete anlegg utenfor. Fikk byttet rom med utsikt mot bassenget, mot 20 euro per natt i tillegg, synes dette var mye da vi allerede hadde betalt 4300,- for rommet i Februar. Litt trege heiser men så fikk vi litt trim i stedet når vi ikke gadd å vente på de... :) Lang bakke opp til hotellet, men det er jo bakker overalt i området så vanskelig å unngå ... masse aktiviteter for barna så egentlig kunne vi bare vert på hotellet hele oppholdet :) :) fantastisk frokostbuffet. Flott hotell , drar gjerne tilbake hit.

Un petit incident durant notre séjour : un carreau du faux plafond est tombé dans la salle de bains, heureusement sans dégâts. Sinon, le staff de l'hôtel est très serviable et aimable.

Hotellin palvelut, sijainti ja henkilökunnan palvelualttius todella hyvä, mutta huoneen siivous ala-arvoista. Lähes joka päivä päydällemme siivoojilta viesti: vaihdamme tänään vain pyyhkeet ja sijaamme vuoteet. Lattia lakaistiin yhden kerran 2 viikon lomamme aikana ja epäilen ettei lattiaa silloinkaan pyyhitty kostealla, koska se oli niin likainen ( […] pyysin edellisenä päivänä siivoojilta, että pyyhkisivät lattiat ja vastaus silloin oli että huomenna). Onneksi meidän huoneesta löytyi harja ja onneton rikkalapio, jolla saatoin itse harjata lattiaa päivittäin, astmaatikkona olisin tukehtunut. Pyykinpesuun tarkoitetut koneet olisi myös syytä puhdistaa, koska ne olivat likaisia ja joissakin pesuainelokeroissa oli järkyttävän näköisiä pöperöitä. Hotellet er ikke noget særligt, men billigt og fine indendørs faciliteter. Maden er absolut ikke noget særligt. Vi spiste kun én aften på hotellet. Der bliver ikke gjort speceilt rent, men bare redt senge og tømt skrald. De er flinke til at udskifte håndklæder.

Service på hotellet var godt. bade og fitness faciliteterne var fine. Det kan IKKE anbefales at bo der hvis man er lidt gangbesværet, da hotellet ligger på toppen af en meget stejl bakke. YTil gengæld tilbød hotellet gratis transport ned til stranden eller parken hver halve time i dagstimerne, hvilket hjalp på dette. Saimme ensimmäiseksi yöksi liian pienen huoneen, koska hotelli oli ylibuukattu. Kompensaatioksi saimme pari illalliskorttia, mikä oli kohtuullinen korvaus häiriöstä. Muuten viihdyimme hyvin ja ympäristö oli miellyttävän rauhallinen.

Me reiste 2 voksne og 2 barn,når me kom seint om kvelden var det ikkje gjort klart for senger til barna,etter ei stund kom det ei dritsur stuepike og fikset dette etter mye sutring.Sengene var knallharde,bråk fra fulle engelskmenn var det heile natta i ei uke, folk fikk lov å sitte på terassen å bråke heile natta tydlegvis.Reinholdet var så som så og […] som regel fikk vi ikkje nok håndkle.Alt på hotellet kostet penger. Dejlig ferie med skøn udsigt fra hotellet, god lejlighed, smilende og meget venligt personale. Ind imellem lidt for støjende niveau i restauranten - måske en bedre opdeling eller placering af familie med og uden børn kunne give et par stde med ro og plads til hygge-middag.

Min kone og jeg, 60 år, bodde på hotellet i 12 netter i oktober 2012. Lite system i bytte av håndduker. Såpe ble ikke fyllt etter. Gulvvask under sengene kunne ha vært bedre. Meget god service da vi ba om å få rom med bedre beliggenhet. Viktig med rom med utsikt mot havet og basseng. Rom på inngangssiden gir ikke den samme gode opplevelsen. 5 min til […] stranda, ned en bakke som ikke var noe problem. Frokosten var helt ok - uten å være overdådig.
