"Right where I had to be"
I had a series of meetings scheduled in Martinez and this property was where I had to be. A five minute drive from downtown Martinez and just a minute or two from Highway 4. It was quiet and comfortable. It is an older property but everything was in good repair and there was a table that I could work at. I could grab coffee and a donut or two next door […] and scoot off in the morning. The staff is friendly, the shower hot, and the bed comfy. If I go back to Martinez then I'll stay here. "Nice night"
Had to be at work meeting early one Monday morning. Instead of fighting traffic and have to get up at at 5 am my co worker and I stayed here. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed a bit unconfortable but hey it's not home. Will stay here again if needed.

Let's see. The first hour I was there my toilet was stopped up. I went to the front desk, he handed me a plunger to take care of it myself. No real "continental breakfast," just some coffee and old donuts.

Right on the main road a block from the freeway, with a little doughnut shop right next door. For something more substantial, down the street is a dinner with real good pancakes.
