"Great postion lovely hotel"
This is an excellent hotel close to the main shopping area of Melbourne.Right next door to the Regent Theatre it's in a great position to go a to a show. Also not too far from the Arts Theatre precinct. The rooms are large and have beautiful "heavenly" beds.Staff are helpful and friendly.

"The Gentle Touch"
Apart from the extremely slow service in the down stair bar and cafe, we found this hotel to be one of the nicest places we have ever staying at. The staff where helpful and the the hotel was clean, felt friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back here!!

I love staying in Collins St as it's so central to everything. (Right next to the Regent where we were going to see a show) The room was spacious and staff helpful - especially Brad on the door.

This is my Wife and my 3rd stay at the Westin when visiting Melbourne. Location is fantastic, right near theatres and the main train and tram lines. All the best shops are within easy walking distance and it is only a short walk to Southbank and the Casino. The Teppanyaki Restaurant is on the other side of the road - yum :-))

My family spent 3 nights & 4 days at the Westin and found everything to be what we expected. The location, amenities were great and the staff were fantastic and always helpful. The food and service at Allegro's was first class and once again a credit to the staff. We look forward to going back. The only problem was we used the Skybus from the airport […] and it dropped us off at the Hotel but wouldn't pick us up from the Hotel. Apparently they don't pick-up and you have to go to the Hyatt if you want to be picked up. We ended up catching a taxi. We ertainly can't blame the Westin for Skybus (might be helpful to know to others regarding Skybus). The Westin is definately worth the experience. Pročitajte više

酒店位置很好，出行步行就很方便。我们住的房间要求正对教堂，第一次这么近距离的看一个几百年历史的教堂就在窗前，除了新鲜感之外，也顿时心生崇敬。酒店front desk有点冷淡，但Concierge的服务还是很舒心的，住的spa studio房间，浴缸很大，浴室也很大，就是淋浴时水会跑出来，流得满地到处都是。总得来说，还是挺好的！
