I reserved a non smoking room. I was put in a smoling room and the night I arrived I was too tired to request to be moved. The man next to me also had propped his door open and was smoking like a crazy person. The hallway stunk of cigarette smoke so bad. I would give the hotel a second chance. The bedding was dirty. I was placed in a handicapped room (I did not request) and the shower flooded the entire floor.....there was no edging to keep the water in the shower area. If it wasn't midnight when I arrived I would have requested another room. When I checked out I shared this info on their customer service […] card. "Nice place great location"

Two complaints with this hotel: 1) The free breakfast lacks anything which could be considered nutritious. 2) Stairway doors at the end of each hallway are very loud when they close. "Very impressed, I will go back."
This hotel is comfortable, the staff is helpful, nice, and its surroundings are very pleasant. It's is conveniently located accross a supermarket, and next to the shops in the town. Lourdes University is located about 10 minutes walking distance. From my hotel room, I had a nice view to a park and a creek. I would definitely recommend it.Autentične Expedia recenzije gostiju
