The hotel staff was excellent- and were really helpful. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy, but then, most of Naples looks like that. Hotel is pretty central off via Toledo, a few minutes from the centre of the old town and national museum. Rooms are simple but smart and being set back from the street very quiet. Friendly staff, free wifi, a good continental breakfast buffet and great value!

We were a bit worried based on other reviews, but after our 5 day stay, we were just extemely happy with this hotel. Here are the positives: (1) Extremely helpful staff with excellent English skills...we got them to get a taxis, book a train side trip for us, contact a pre-booked tour complany to confirm, explain local restaurants and generally give […] good advice. Their restuarant recommendations were A+. (2) The room was large and comfortable and everything worked. (3) The included breakfast had no meat or eggs, but was highest quality pastries, coffee, juice, etc. (4) The hotel is very central...we walked easily to 5 of our book's "Top Ten in Naples" attractions. Taxis and busses are less than a half a block and it is 3 minute walk to the "Dante" metro station. The hotel is on a side street and it not like a four star hotel on a main boulevard...if that is a problem, find another hotel. This was a hidden gem on a street which was less than attractive!! Very convenient to the National Archeology Museum and the Dante station. Room was stylish and clean. Service was excellent. and offered a nice breakfast. A 5 star place in a 2 star neighbourhood!

Although this hotel is in an area that is sketchy, it is a nice oasis among the craziness that is Naples Old City. The room was fine but had a funny smell: sort of like gym locker and dill pickles, that got worse in the shower?! The breakfast was okay. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Overall a good place, with a very good breakfast. The bathroom situation is wierd, as you have to go up somewhat steep and dangerous stairs to get to it. Also, the shower curtain is useless and leaks water. But I would stay here again.

Great hotel (b&b) located on the edge of the historic center. Very friendly staff who offer great advice on the things to do and not. Getting around Naples is easy so the location is great, one of the main shopping streets is just 30 meters away and you can´t hear the traffic. The hotel does´nt offer much, you can ask for beer, soda and so on, but […] the variety is not great, so stock up in one of the many kiosks on the road. Breakfast is ok, if your a late riser you might not get bread, but there´s croissant and "toast", yoghurt, cereal and fresh juice, coffee, tea and chocolate. Naples, as a whole, is not a beautiful city. Hotel Correra looks very nice, once you're inside, but their customer service needs some work. We arrived late afternoon, and had a very early flight out the next morning. The air conditioning in our room was broken, and even after the desk clerk came to our room to try to fix it, he offerred no apology (spoke […] very little English), did not offer to move us to another room, and did not call anyone else to fix it. The room quickly got stuffy, and that, along with the very strong oil-based paint smell, made it very difficult to sleep. When we left in the morning, we asked the desk clerk to call a taxi for us, but he waited until we were standing out on the street at 4 in the morning for 5-10 minutes (and until we went back in to see what was going on) to call the taxi. This hotel is situated in Napoli, not the nicest part of Italy I must say but that aside I did not like this hotel either. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel either due to the fact that it was a) Not Clean to most hotel standards in this band. The floors were all dusty and had not been cleaned in afew weeks or months, the shower fittings and sinks […] had visible grime and just overall cleanliness of this hotel does not match the reviews of this hotel at all. B) My biggest problem with this hotel is that it stunk to high heaven by a smell that I have never smelt in my life and am unsure if it was actually safe to be breathing in. It was a mixture of rotten/chemical/toxic smell that was overpowering to the point that the clothes that I slept in at the hotel had to be washed immediately when checking into our next hotel because it stunk of that off smell in the Hotel. I noticed that the cleaner sprayed a whole heap of Glade air freshener in rooms that she was cleaning when I was getting free WiFi internet to try and disguise the smell but there was nothing that would get rid of that smell. I am not a fussy person when it comes to travel and know you only get what you pay for, but general hygiene and cleanliness is an absolute must and this place does not provide it. Ive never been completed to write a negate review because most things I can overlook in some way but the sheer cleanliness & unusual disgusting smell of this hotel has made me want to tell people before they arrive. Hotel staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of cereals and croissants. Internet didn't work in the room and was intermittent and very slow in the lobby. Outside location was near Dante's Plaza...not sure as to the safety afterdark as everything was gated up. Overall a reasonable price for what you got

A great and fun place to stay in the heart of Naples. Funky decor with room-service breakfast each morning and helpful staff about things to do near the hotel. Would definitely stay again! Bathrooms were a bit of a mess due to lack of shower doors or curtains, so bring your towels to soak up the mess afterwords!

Location near Piazza Dante, very central. Friendly people at the reception. Room (single) was very big, modern, clean, balkon facing the street (which was very noisy so you can not sleep with open window), included air conditioning, TV, bathroom was okay, had soap (shampoo, toothpaste not provided). From the airport you can take bus Alibus (3€) to the […] last stop and then take bus R1 (showing your Alibus ticket) to the station Piazza Dante, it takes about 1 hour (including waiting time 30 min for the R1 bus) to get from airport to the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Hotel offers taxi for reasonable price (19€) to airport, which I used to quickly get there. From hotel you can walk to the Museum Capodimonte (about 1 hour walking distance), which I highly recommend to visit, the museum has incredible collection of masterpieces of Tizian, Rafael and others, including Andy Warhol. Fantastisch hotel, midden in het oude centrum van Napels. Ruime kamers die modern zijn ingericht. Super vriendelijke staf. We zijn al in veel 4 sterren hotels geweest die veel en veel minder zijn dan dit 3 sterren hotel. Enige minpuntje was het wat karige ontbijtbuffet.

Cet hôtel est correcte mais rien d'exceptionnel. La jeune femme qui se trouvait à l'accueil n'a pas su nous donner des renseignements correctes. Nous avons perdus pas mal de temps à cause de cela. Il y a également une forte odeur de Lino dans l'un des deux bâtiments, ce qui est assez difficilement supportable. Sinon les chambres sont propres et d'un […] confort standard. L'hôtel est bien situé même si la ville de Naples et quand même particulière. Je souhaite tout de même un bon courage à tous les aventuriers qui souhaiterons se lancer à visiter Naples !!!! (ceci dit la ville souterraine est magnifique elle tranche avec la ville non souterraine où il faut vraiment avoir envie de séjourner.
