Our stay was comfortable. The feather pillows were fantastic but the bed was obviously made in a hurry as the mattress pad was skewed with wrinkles. Our room wasn't ready for us and we had to wait for the lady cleaning our room. Bathroom was excellent. The room was small, but all we needed was a place to sleep. The hotel is located close to a beautiful river walk, restaurants, and close to the town. The maintenance staff was very helpful and polite, as well as the people at the front desk; however the pool was dirty and poorly maintained. It is also very small and not really made for adults.

Was OK but now for the money, Stay in 201. when I got in and opened the curtians I had a beatiful view of a junk yard and a factory parking lot, out my room there was construction going on, in the hall way near the elevator,not good ! Peple were very friendly, the breakfast was typical of my room view. I deffenetly will search for better the next time […] I get into the area. A walk across the street was a nice Italian rest. Bed much more comfortable than the pricier hotels in Williamsport. It's hard to find a hotel with good pillows that are not like sleeping on marshmellows. The pillows were great!

We have stayed in many hotels while visiting family in Williamsport and this is the nicest by far. The rooms are clean and well appointed as you would expect at a Marriott property. The location is just perfect. What sets this property apart from others is the staff. They are friendly and helpful and have a sens of humor. The hotel was very clean and inviting. Being that it is only a little over 1-yr old, it should be. The staff was courteous. Quite a wide selection of breakfast items - both hot and cold. I thought the price was a little too high; however, it was right in line with what other hotels in the area were charging. I would stay here again.

Was charged twice for my room once through expedia and once by the hotel. I told the girl at the desk it was paid for and she insisted it wasnt I had to pull up my email from expedia to get it taken care of. However the charge is still pending. We stayed 2 nights and got a pretty good night's sleep. Parking was not good at hotel, there were alot of construction trucks with trailers in the parking lot and some were taking 3 spaces. Room seemed clean but needed a little updating especially in bath. Breakfast wasn't anything special. Lovely, spacious modern room with a nice kitchenette. The walk-in shower is grand. The pool is a bit on the tiny side - good for kids but not adults. The exercise room is nice. The breakfast is lacking - just the minimum; not as good as similar hotels. The breakfast could use some hot items: eggs, waffles, etc.

Front desk not very welcoming, lobby area and room had an unpleasant odor, elevator floor had food on it. Al la carte scrambled eggs and protein would have been a plus for breakfast versus the prepackaged breakfast sandwiches which had to be micorwaved.

The hotel was perfect...conveniently located across the street from Penn College. Continental breakfast was excellent; with many more choices than I expected. My bill was a bit more than I thought it would be, but it might have been me: I might have not remembered the rate I was originally quoted correctly.

My rooms were pre paid and I was charged again for them at check in. I went to the desk to have this taken care of and no one could reverse the charges until the general manager came in on tuesday from vacation . I checked in on Friday. The entire check in process was a nightmare. I went to the front desk on Friday night and no one could help me with […] my over charge becasue the girl that worked there was from another hotel. the charges did not get reversed until Tuesday morning . The confusion at check in was very stressful and did not put a good spin on the rest of my stay which was uneventful. The breakfast area was great and service good. The room we stayed in was clean, and comfortable. It had a nice flat panel TV. We enjoyed the free breakfast, especially the self-serve waffle maker. The pool was too small.

The check-in process was easy and the hotel staff were friendly and polite. I would definately recommend this hotel to others. The rooms are very clean and comfortable including the beds.
