We had a great 3 night stay. The staff and hotel in general was great. Breakfast was great. Something different each day. Would easily stay there again. Price was very reasonable.

This was an absolute DREAM spot for my familly to stay. We were in town for a kids event. With 3 kids (toddler to teen) and two adults, our Room with 2 Queen size beds was PERFECT for us! Linens were great! Plenty of towels - Pool was *fabulous* (as was the hot tub)! Microwave & refrigerator in the room - bonus!! And while many of our teams spent the […] night at another hotel and had to pay for their breakfast - we received a FULL complimentary breakfast (eggs, waffles, sausages, fruit, yougart, oatmeal, toast, bagels, juices, etc...) *Delicious*! Saved us more than the $50 that it would have cost to feed 3 boys at another location! Will definitely stay here again! We are not coffee drinkers, but they had hot cocoa available 24/7 - GREAT stay! It is a decent hotel. It is not super luxury obvioulsy but every thing is in decent shape. The staff are nice and helpful. The free breakfast is good. It has complementary parking and internet. The internet is not very fast but still OK. All in all is very good for the price.

The cleanliness and facilities were exactly as one would expect from Hampton Inn. What made the stay so good was the pleasant attitude of the staff. a non smoking room. Yes, even if you put up signs and call it a non smoking room - IT IS NOT !!! That is like putting up a sign on one end of the pool that says "no peeing zone". It was apparent that my room has been smoked in either against the rules of the hotel or that it was still lingering from the times that it was not yet a non smoking room. […] I would wager that it takes 12 months, a new coat of paint, new carpet and completely new furniture before I would call it a non smoking room. There was even a cigarette burn mark in the carpet right next to the bed. I was there one night on business and had a meeting early the morning after i checked out. The terrible night i had after sleeping in the nicotine and tar infested room was NOT made up for by a wonderful and tasty breakfast. Scrambled eggs ? Were those even eggs at all ? I would not be this harsh writing this review if I had not paid this amount for the night. In this price category things like these are simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. There are two Hampton Inns in Frederick. Went to wrong one first. Room = very pleasant with huge comfy king size bed, five pillows and gorgeous white mattress cover/blanket. There was one problem. The remote on the TV did not work well. The first time, on checking in, called front desk to get it turned on . Mgr = very responsive. Remote did not work […] well with many channels. The second (last) night staying there, I finally just shut it off rather than fighting the remote. Bathroom had ample linens. Wonderful shower Room had nice large desk area with comfy chair, chairs & couch. Ample refrigerator, microwave and safe. Saw message light flashing second day but couldn't get them.Excellent breakfast area with lots of food, three kinds of juice, plenty of coffee. Friendly room that attracted lots of people. Our stay at this Hampton was a big pleasant surprise! The place and the staff were absolutely great. I am on the road at least 100 days per year; and, therefore, I know what is and is not good. This hotel would get a "A" from me.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to help the guests. They took their jobs seriously. The rooms and common area and pool were well-kept and the hot tub was a nice treat.

The staff were so gracious and accommodating. They gave us directions to everything we needed and were very helpful with suggestions for dining in the area. From housekeeping to breakfast room to front desk...everyone was exceedingly helpful.

This was a terrific experience. Kudos to the general manager and the front desk, and everyone who works at this property. There was not a single visible flaw in appearance or service. Travellers, remember that Gettysburg is 30 miles up Highway15, and the replica of the grotto at Lourdes is 20 miles up the same road at Emmitsburg. Everything about the room and the hotel was very nice, but I had a surprising experience that you should know about. I left the room about 5am and returned to the room about 11am to find out they had entered the room and started cleaning although I hadn't checked out. I pointed this out to the representative at the front desk and she responded as if […] this was not uncommon. She didn't write anything down or make any effort to address it. The Hampton Inn was a great place to stay for me and my family. It was very clean and we took advantage of the continental breakfast which was great. The kids really enjoyed the pool. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best part about the stay was the bed in the room. It was amazingly comfortable. I wasn't to familiar with the area but front desk staff made sure I got details to get around. Free wifi!!! The complimentary breakfast was statisfing.. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!!!!!

Very nice hotel in a convenient (for us) part of Frederick. Best complimentary breakfast of any hotel chain - and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby! Hampton Inns, my new favorite!

Beautiful hotel, with top-notch, friendly service. Loved the pool, fitness center and gorgeous lobby. The room was the BEST! Very, very nice... with everything you'd want in a nice hotel. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, and will be returning there the next time I visit Frederick, MD.

We were staying there after a wedding and leaving right away in the morning, but when we got there we wished we could have stayed longer. The room was in excellent condition and very clean. We arrived very late and found a very welcoming and friend staff member at the front desk. The building was well lit, clean and overall the staff we interacted with were all polite, friendly and helpful.

This hotel was very nice and really convenient to downtown. The amenities are nice and the availability of coffee all day was great. The room was very clean. No towels at pool. Had to ask twice to have them delivered. Hotel seems seriously understaffed. Rough bathroom towels. Sub-par bedding. Breakfast service was very good. Servers were very helpful. Stayed at Sheraton night before and overall quality, room size and amenities were far superior for a lower price.
