We booked a deluxe room for our 3 nights stay in macau. At our first night, we really can't sleep well coz there's a lot of bedbites. The extra bed not confort at all as i compare to i stay at Metropark Hotel in Kawloon, Hong kong. I feel very disappointed from what i expect to get the service and stay in Best Western Hotel in Macau. Luckily I only stay one night there..

Hotel service was very poor. Staff cannot speak english. They forgot to wake me up at 6:30 AM, Lucky that I did not missed my plane. Bed was stone hard that can cause back pains. The plus point about this hotel: - The huge rooms - The free shuttle bus to city of dreams which connects me to everywhere I wanted to go in Macau. - There is a public bus across the hotel that brings you to the border gate to Zhu Hai. The bad points: - Dark rooms - barely any bright lights in the room. - No wifi in the whole hotel! - No obvious shuttle […] bus to be seen at the ferry terminal. The staff claims that it's just a 3 star hotel so there is nobody at the terminal to hold the hotel card to direct guests. - Counter staff seems disinterested to serve customers and answer questions. The room is spacious, but the ceiling and walls are covered in black mould. That's very unsightly, if not at all a health risk.

The hotel is not badly situated close to the historical region on Taipa. Close to transport and sites. Unfortunately the hotel has a cool atmosphere. The staff is not very friendly and is very busy with tour groups. Sadly we struggled to find staff that could understand English.

It was my first time visiting Macau. Macau is separated into 3 "islands" and Best Western is located on Taipa with the big casinos like Venetian and Galaxy. There are nothing special about the rooms for Best Western that I can point out. It is just a clean place for you to spend a night. The only con that I can find is the wifi in the hotel. They provide […] free wired AND wireless high speed internet but in order to receive the wifi signal, you must stay right between the front desk and the Mocha room and the signal isn't very stable. But one good thing to point out is their shuttle service. Their shuttle leaves the hotel every hour to the Macau Ferry Harbor and to the Venetian/City of Dreams so getting around is semi convenient. Actually walking to the Venetian takes about 40mins and 10mins to McDonalds. Nothing good to eat around the hotel. Request non-smoking rooms, but hotel staff gave us smoking rooms. The beds are very hard. Bedsheets, towels, carpets are dirty.

As many review mentioned before,beds too hard for most people.Sound proof too bad.Reception staff seems ok,but house keeping staff not helpful,unwilling deliver extra pillow or blanket.Paid for extra person,but towel,pillow etc are only for 2 people.

Absolutely, without a doubt, the hardest "bed" I have ever slept on. Very unhelpful staff. Scheduled to stay for four days, but left after the first night. No thanks!

nice hotel to stay.

Not only was the service bad but the facility itself is old. Compared to other Best Western Hotels I stayed in, this is the worst. Best Western should revoke their liscence to operate as a Best Western Hotel. They did not even accept my Best Western rewards card. Will never stay there again.

Best Western hotel in Taipa has beautiful rooms and a nice surrounding area with a nice green hill. It is also close to Venetian and Hard Rock but it is longer to Macao. The rooms don't feel very clean and there is an extra fee if you want to use internet on your room, which can irritate people if you are not prepared.

The rooms are cheap.. so I was expecting a no frills basic room. But when I reached, the hotel looked shabby at first. The reception people were not helpful at all and somewhat rude. The hotel people is friendly and services is well . The shower whas clean only the room whas durty and we found old paper from condoms in room under desk ???? Lokation is good and easy to take bus to downtown. Price and Quality is okay

Service is neutral. Not too good, not too bad. Cleanliness is there. Bed is a little bit hard but still ok to sleep on. The courtesy bus that leaves every hour from the hotel to the Macau-HK Ferry Terminal and Venetian Macau is probably a plus factor. cheap hotel and provides extremely basic needs. Staff is absolutely unattentive. They don't care about your luggage, check-in, shuttle service, etc. It is not a hotel, but a hostel and should be treated as one. don't stay here. instead try for better rates elsewhere...

Hotel not far from airport and close to places of interest. For the price, no complain.

The price was good, but this hotel is too old, need remodeling , will not stay here again until they do. And the front desk got bad attitude and services.

Yes it is outdated and the beds are hard. The price is low and if all you do is sleep and shower it'sok. The front desk will ignore you while she shuffles papers and the others are looking busy. You need to grab thier attention. You have to buy a breakfest ticket at the front desk to eat at the buffet. The buffet is cheap and fill you until lunch. The location was convenient and the room was really nice and clean, but I can't believe how hard the bed was. I had to fold up the comforter to try to make a bit of padding.

This should be a lot better. The staff ruin this hotel. Really unfriendly, ignore you when you want their help. They do not have a map of the area and their bus service from the ferry port is not great. The swimming pool was not open, wi fi costs 15 US a day. There is a poor excuse for a hotel bar and the restaurant is like a canteen in a hospital. […] I know it is a 3 star but if the staff would help you, then .... I went to reception to find out when the next bus to their assicated casino was only to be told to wait as she gave her lunch order, the other 2 receptionists helped her with her order. 가격대비 만족할 수준입니다 다만 위치적 한계로 인하여 택시가 잘없다느 부분인데 호텔 셔틀로 베네치안이나 항구등은 갈수있읍니다

前台速度很慢而且态度怠慢，房间有烟味未能做到完全禁烟，打扫得也不是特别干净，毛巾很旧。房卡会自动失效需要重回前台激活。地段可以，出行很方便。机场有shuttle bus。

酒店大堂香煙味太重....難以接受! 財神車班次太少 ! 附近食店算多....

飯店的人員沒有幫忙叫TAXI 這應該是很簡單的一件事情才對阿 房間蠻貼心的 有記住我要的相鄰房跟無吸煙房 ^^

絕佳的地理位罝 走路3-5分鐘即有一家營業至半夜2點的超市 走路15-20分鐘內到氹仔市區(官也街) 附近景點就很多 酒店門口側即有公車站牌 坐公車也很方便 熱水水量大 熱度也穩 房間乾淨 空間也算大!

可以步行到官也街，很多美食,但位置較為不方便, 穿梭巴士班次不夠密和服務時間可以到深夜新更好.

Bem localizado justo ao ferry taipa e aeroporto de macau... O pessoal do Hotel é pouco amistoso e com limitações linguistica.

整體來說還不賴，離官也街也近，約莫10分鐘路程即可到達，附近也有便利店、餐廳，很平價!!!如果住宿預算不是那麼多的人可以參考一下...

Lage : Das Hotel liegt nicht in unmittelbarer Lage zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, positiv zu bewerten ist dass eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt. Das Hotel ist saber, Handtücher sind sehr zerschlissen. Man hatte einmal bei der Zimmerreinigung vergessen neue Handtücher aufzuhängen. 澳门高档酒店比比皆是，这家酒店只能算中低档。地图上看离威尼斯人离得较近，真走起来恐怕还是有些路程的，当地人还是劝我们搭车以免在地图不标的岔路上迷路。不过车费不贵，去机场和威尼斯人都是30元左右。 酒店设施相对陈旧，有条浴巾还是打补丁的 服务人员还较热情，基本能够有求必应。 酒店自己的穿梭巴士很少，在码头上还是等了蛮长时间的，周围的公交车辆还是比较多的，只是对于不熟悉线路的外乡人没啥用处。

房间几乎没有什么装饰， 很简陋， 但是早餐还不错，价格也不贵， 服务员态度还可以。 相对价格来说，马马虎虎了 。 花了100元，升级到家庭房， 两张大床， 一家四口睡得很舒服了
