One of the best hotel stays ever, pleasant staff and knowledge of the area. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Panama City.

My family and i really enjoyed our stay here. Customer service was very good. We were quickly checked in and supplied a nice clean and large suite. The hotel is in good shape and served excellent breakfast. This was our second time staying here. this hotel is close to restraurants as well as the waterpark Shipwreck Island! We were here on business. We wAnted to stay ocean front but we new spring breakers prob destroyed properties over time. The Comfort was great. Quiet. Great mattress!! Clean. Close enough to everything but far enough for quiet!!

This hotel was quite nice and it was close to the strip, but not too close. You could walk to the beach (or drive). It is mid-way to Pier Park and other local spots. Hotel was clean, nice, and the staff was friendly.

Very clean and nice hotel. It really met our needs. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great we were able to make our own waffles. This was a great, especially with the grat breakfast included.I definitely would recommend to family and friends.

The hotel worked out well for us, but I don't think we'd stay here again. The room was dingy and worn and didn't feel very clean. The breakfast was a definite plus along with the complimentary Wall Street Journal newspaper. On the whole, it was fine, but nothing to rave about.

I'm sure the hotel and the beaches in the area are wonderful when it's not raining, but the entire time we were in FL, it rained! The hotel's front desk was short-staffed, but the employees were all friendly and worked hard at their jobs! There's nothing wrong with saving a bunch of money and staying a few blocks from the beaches.

I liked everyone and everything about this hotel. There was only one front desk attendent that was rude and very short and acted like you had been there before so gave you information based on a prior stay when you had never been there before. Other than "her" and her alone everyone else and everything else was pretty great.

It was not the greatest but not the worse of hotels. The maid service sucked because of the language barrier. I had to point out what I wanted done to the room on a piece of paper and then she had to translate on another sheet of paper which resorted to no service at all. The hotel was very clean and had a great breakfast every morning! The rooms are a bit larger than your average hotel room, having a couch and refrigerator and microwave. You are not surrounded by all the crowds and traffic but are just a few streets away from the beach. I would certainly recommend to others!

I arrived at around 11:00am and immediately upon walking in the door I was informed that check-in wasn't until 4:00pm and they had no rooms available. The clerk even pointed out that this was the same rule for most hotels. I replied most hotels let me check in early and he said he would go check to see if any rooms are ready. In the meantime a white […] guy walked up, checked right in and was instructed up to his room while me and my wife sat and waited. Finally, after about 15 mins the clerk said he had a room available and said that the reason they let the other guy check in was because they already had a room with queen beds available. The only problem was the clerk didn't ask my name, didn't check my reservation, nor did he know what kind of beds I had reserved before he told me it was too early for me to check in. We got there at 12am on a Friday night the lady at the front desk was very nice and new what she was doing. The hotel from the front desk to the house keeping people was all nice. Def recommend staying here I def would stay her again and again.

The location of the hotel is close to all the attractions. It is 10 minutes away the one of the most beautiful beaches in PCB and close to Pier Park shopping and dining. I had a 3 day weekend and really enjoyed myself. The only thing I didn't like was that my room wasn't ready until 4, but other than that everything was nice.

Of course I had a business stay during spring break for college kids, but I am pretty reasonable. the hotel had a weird smell to it that I couldn't get over. The Comfort Suites at Panama City Beach is an excellent value. For a very reasonable price, you get a clean, comfortable room in a good location - only about four blocks from the beach. Plus, you're also close to a shopping center that includes restaurants and stores. The pool is a somewhat small, kidney-shaped outdoor model, but it's still a nice place […] to swim or just hang out. We got a pizza and sat out there and enjoyed our lunch. The breakfast area is well organized, and there was a pretty good selection including eggs, sausage, a waffle iron, cereals, yogurt and pastries. If you don't mind walking for about 15 minutes or so, you can enjoy easy access to the beach. There are tons of channels on the TV. The fitness facility is rather modest, but the equipment all seemed to be in good working order. I cannot wait to stay here again, next time I visit Panama City Beach, which hopefully will be soon. The rate was very good. the rooms was very clean. I was a little to far of a walk to the beach. You would have to drive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay their if I was at panama beach.

Very good staff, very clean room. Beds were super comfortable. Fridge didnt work very well and the cold water made a lot of noise. The free breakfast wasnt much to talk about =(. When we arrived, the desk clerk was very busy and visitors without reservations were swamping her. She was cordial and patient with them, yet got our reservation pulled up quickly. It was two hours before check-in, but our room was ready. We went to the pool and were pleasantly surprised in the cleanliness, fresh towels poolside, and shower facility […] for pre-swimming. There was an abundance of towels in the room also, which is pretty important to a grandma and granddaughter. And our upgrade got us a jacuzzi in addition to the regular tub/shower in the bathroom. We wished we were going to stay longer. The room was clean and comfortable and extra sheets, blankets, and pillow helped grandpa through the night on the sofabed. The refrigerator and micowave were in great working order. I look forward to going back to Panama City just stay here again and enjoy the hospitality. This is a relatively new facility surrounded by new development. The hotel is clean and is within 5 minutes of the beach. The free breakfast is well prepared and makes this place a great value for the money.
