the hotel is over priced and there is no breakfast included with the room, which is very odd for germany. but it is in the ideal location for airport travel. no taxi costs. taxis, of corse, can cost a lot.

"Beware of the book fair or any other fair in town"
The rate was way out of line due to the book fair in Frankfurt. What was the topper? 37 Euros for breakfast or about $55 per person. I suggest walking across the bridge to the airport and have breakfast at Kemps for a fraction of the cost.

"Perfect Location"
The location of this hotel makes it very convenient for early morning flights or, upon arrival in Frankfurt, catching a few hours sleep to help in adjusting to the new time zone. It is expensive but you're paying for the convenience of it's location.

"Excellence and Convenience"
Upon arrival I requested a king bed instead of the twin room as booked and was immediately met with a smile and an upgrade. The restaurant choice for the "cold" breakfast was excellent for the price (4 tables of choices!) and the staff more than accommodating. If you have a late arrival and a reasonably early departure, this is the place.

Convenience for transit passengers cannot be beat. Otherwise nothing to recommend. Restaurant had only one vegetarian choice.

"Room rate, meals, drinks to expensive."
This hotel only has one thing going for it and that is the location. The rooms are just average and the room rate is 20-30% higher than hotels that are close to the airport. Even if you can tolerate the room rate the meals and drinks are very expensive and of low to average quality. Someone knocked on the door, then before I could get to the door, I could hear a key being inserted into our door. By that time I got to the door to see a male gentleman standing there. He did not enter the room, said something to me in a language other than English, and fortunately was able to put the double lock on the door. Convenient to airport. Amply appointed, comfortable rooms--very nice for layover between flights. Friendly, courteous service by staff.

Extremely convoluted directions and hard to find how to get there(if you are driving). You can see it, but you cannot get there easily. (Even GPS has problems.) Hotel is sterile in design, but clean and effective for those traveling.

"Very Convenient"
The hotel was very convenient for travelers flying in and out of Frankfurt. The airport is right there as is the train which takes you everywhere. One thing for improvement would be more restaurant choices. There was only 1 restaurant open during my stay.

"A family tradition"
Every time we go to Germany, we fly home out of Frankfurt. We have found staying at this hotel that last night makes the trip home very convenient.

Considering the unfavorable exchange rate of dollars for euros, we felt the price of the room was reasonable, especially considering the convenience of staying right at the airport. We paid more in Venice for a very basic room with bath down the hall.

This hotel is very convenient for flights. The staff I encountered were not overly friendly, but the room was clean, and I was glad for its convenient location in the early morning hours before my flight. 近いとは思って予約したが、まさか空港とつながっているとは、徒歩３分。また出発の際は、飛行機をチェックインして、部屋に戻ってちょっとくつろいで、ホテルをチェックアウトして、搭乗。こんなことができる。内容はいわゆるシェラトン、問題ない。

日本からフランクフルトに入って、 以前はその日にブレーメンに移動していましたが、 そうなると、ブレーメン到着が、午後10時過ぎ。 ホテルに入るのが、10時半過ぎとなり、日本時間の朝の6時半となり、翌日が大変疲れます。 で、夕方5時にフランクに着いたら、そのままこのホテルにチェックインして、日本時間で、夜半過ぎ。 ビールを飲んでひと眠り。だいたい、今度はこちらの午前２時、３時に起きて、会議の資料の整理をして、５時にチェックアウト。６時１５分のブレーメン行きに乗ります。で、朝、９時過ぎから、会議。 まあ、翌日か、翌々日には帰ってきますので、 時差を感じるほどではなく、疲れません。

乗り継ぎで利用しました。 以前にも泊まった事があり、空港に直結した利便性を重視して宿泊しました。部屋は清潔で広く、長時間のｊ飛行機移動につかれた体を癒すのに最適なホテルだと思います。24時間ジムが使用できるのも魅力的です。

上の階のドアノイズがひどかったのでうるさいと 苦情を言ったら、電話の応対がよくなかったのと、 処置したあとで何も連絡がなかった。 シャワーが壊れていたのは直っていたが、タオル が交換されていなかった。 フロントの対応はいいけれど、ホテル全体でみると 指導が行きわたっていない感じ。 場所がいいのでもっと値段を下げてほしい。
