ROOM WAS VERY SMALL, THE ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED AND AFTER COMPLAINING IT GOT NO BETTER. HAD TO CALL FOR CLEAN TOWELS AND THE SHEETS WERE NEVER CHANGED AND WE WERE BOOKED FOR 7 NIGHTS!!!!! WOULD HAVE LEFT IF I HAD NOT PAID IN ADVANCE. COMPLAINED BUT MANAGER WASNT IN!!!

The rooms were nice and clean but on the small side. My main complaints are the the facts that the abandoned hotel next door was an eye sore and most of all the dj blaring music all day long at the hotel next door. Unedited music with children present and volume so loud we could feel the vibrations in our room all the way next door. The housekeeper was VERY rude when I asked for extra towels and when I stated that she seemed very unhappy about my request she replied, "Did you expect me to jump up and down and be happy that you want something extra?" Room was very nice and clean. No old hotel room smell and everything was modern except tv was not flat sceen and only a few channels. Staff were nice and friendly. Pool were ok and good location to beach. Be careful on steps to the beach, need repairing. We stayed for a weekend getaway. We were able to check in early because our room was ready. When we went to go to our room cleaning ladies were still on the hall and was giving us looks. The elevators reeked of the smell of weed. When we would come in at night our hall would smell like weed as well. The rooms were small but with us barely in the room […] it was alright. The linens were stained a little. If you wanna take your children I would recommend an ocean front view or you'll get a nice view of an old building or a parking garage. Great hotel!!! Our room was an efficiency studio side view but you could still see the ocean from the balcony. Bed was comfortable. Stayed 4 nights. Staff was friendly and hotel was being cleaned all the time. Fast elevators. Parking has a small garage under the building and then across the street, we didn't think it was inconvenient. Nice area, felt […] safe, close to everything. My only complaint would be they need to redo the beach access deck, it's in pretty bad shape. This hotel was rated a 3.8 and wasnt at all. Rusted elevator doors. Dirty stained lobby chairs. Viynl floor peeling up. Half rotting pool roof area. Very little staff. The rooms were pretty nice but the glass sliding door wasnt installed right and was half broke. Needs fast improvments. I was very disapointed.

On the first night though we had just come straight from home right after my husbands dialysis treatment and his access on his arm did bleed a little onto the sheet during the night. The next night when I pulled back the sheets I saw they didn't bother to change them after seeing that it was impossible to miss. The photos for this hotel were very misleading. Parking was the major issue for us. There were eight parking spaces under the hotel in their garage. If you were not one of the lucky few to snag one of those, you had to park in a lot on another street. parking is across the street in 4 little open lots. Make sure you have you license plate number when you go to check in will not give you pass or tell you were parking is without it. also there is only 4 little spots to park to check in so people parked behind you and you have to wait to get out. Overall our stay was very good. We went in the off-season and loved our time! Unfortunately, a cold rainy front hit that weekend but that certainly isn't the hotel's fault. We had a room closest to the elevator but still didn't hear much of anything outside the walls. As long as the blinds were closed we could sleep until 10 if we didn't set our alarm! […] The beach access is just as simple as walking out the back door and down to the water. great place to stay if your in town for awhile. friendly staff and free parking were a plus for me. close to all the local attractions, most within walking distance. will most likely stay here again next year.
