It is a nice hotel close to the airport but not close enough to hear all the planes landing and taking off. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff was very courteous.

Unfortunately it was a terrible stay for us, I booked a king spa room that was non smoking yet they placed me in a smoking room. I smelled smoke instantly when I stepped into the room and called front desk. Maintenance came up and sprayed my room, he noticed the smell as well and was disappointed. The room and staff were excellent. Checking was easy and not complaints at all. We did arrive tired and hungry (8:30) and the resturant on site was closed and nothing close to walk too. Everything was good except breakfast wasn't included in the price, there was no microwave in the room. I feel that should be standard these days for any room at any price, and the bed needed some repairs as there was a sag on one side. Apart from that the room was nice and clean and the hotel in general seemed well kept and modern.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott. The king sized suite had a pull out bed. The room was spacious, and clean. It had a mini fridge. Great stay, the pool and hot tub were gourgous , the gym was very well maintaind, Breakfest smelt goood althought we didnt have it but sure smelt good, staff was very pleasent and helpful. Hotel cleaniness was amazing and the beds were extremly comfortable. Loved the balacony

IMPORTANT NOTE! The "shuttle service" to the airport does not start until 7 AM - sucks when you have a flight departing at 7 or earlier - we did not need the extra expense for a taxi in the morning... Also, if you don't have a car at your disposal, it is a LONG walk to any decent restaurant.

Very nice well kept hotel. Staff was very pleasant. We had to ask for additional towels our first night but the housekeeping staff left enough for the second without us having to ask. Room was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel was very quiet. Grounds are also very well kept. Newer very nice television.

I met a friend of mine at this hotel for a ball game. Since my friend is blind, it would have been nice for the staff to offer to look over his room upon checkout so that he didn't forget anything. Otherwise, very impressed with staff and helpfullness. The hotel is quiet, even though not far from airport. Nice stay.

The room was beautiful, loved the extra pillows on the bed and the kids have decided that they would rather live at the hotel. With the pool and spa and workout room i was surprised they actually let us go home.

Hotel is new, as such the room and amenities were in very good condition. Orientation of our bed though was facing the windows, so if you forget to draw the shades before you go to bed, you'll be staring at the sun when you awake.

Brief overnight stay. Found the staff to be very helpful and the room quite comfortable and clean. For those who want to shop a large shopping mallis located close by. Would recommend this hotel.

When we travel to Toronto, we drive from Ottawa straight to downtown. Shop, see a matinee, have dinner, go to Second City and then head to the Courtyard. The pool is a nice size, and the hottub is great. Breakfast is an extra charge (unlike the Residence Marriott right beside it), but get there before 9, because the food runs out, ie: we went down at […] 10am, and the food was gone. It was ok though because there is a Golden Griddle right around the corner and they have more choice. You can see that I chose extremely satisfied on all counts when rating the hotel. That is because we have NEVER had a bad experience there - even though there can be teams who stay on both weekdays and weekends. The drive to downtown Toronto is easy peasy lemon squeezy. We chose this hotel because it offered pay per view, UFC big weekend, thought we could watch the fight after the expo. No tec was available to fix it so we missed the fight. Our room had ants on the nightstand & in the bathroom. Not impressed !!

The hotel is well maintained and quite clean, however the bed sheets were not ironed which made me wonder if they were changed at all. Location is not the greatest. It is in an industrial park and you need a car to get anywhere. Rooms were quite standard, basic toiletries, but a flat screen tv was a nice touch. Sleep quality was not the greatest […] as the heating device was blowing very dry air into the room and it was simply too dry for comfortable sleep. The pool is small, but warm and the hot tub was not working. The breakfast buffet was $10.95 pp and the selection did not loook that great so we did not decide to enjoy it. We checked in around 10pm and were able to get food delivered from a local restaurant. The room reserved was exactly as specified and was clean and comfortable. Although we expected free airport transport, transportation was arranged for an early flight.

The hotel was great. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi internet in each room. The only thing that didn't work was our fridge but that's no big deal because a maintenance guy came up and fixed it. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern and the mattress is very comfortable.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel in der Nähe von Toronto. Allerdings sollte man ein Auto haben. Das Hotel ist Top gepflegt und die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Wir haben es genutzt um uns Toronto anzuschauen. ist etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Toronto Downtown.
