"They are beyond terrible"
I tried to cancel my reservation an hour after making it, and they wouldn't allow me or refund my money. My mom was in an accident and they were not at all understanding. The only thing they care about is taking my money. The front desk was extremely rude, and informed me that the owner is the one that didn't approve refunding my money. Clearly they […] don't have any compassion or care about the welfare of their customers. Hotel stay was great. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast bar was superb, hot and cold, open 6-10. Hotel looks very new, with very clean rooms and nice surroundings. When checking in, front desk clerk wasn't very friendly. She had explained details about pool, breakfast etc to everyone but me and kinda gave me my key and sent me off, had to check the hotel guide for details cause i wasn't comfortable to call. We are happy with our decision to stay at this hotel for our visit to the Creation Museum. We have never been disappointed with Comfort Inns in the past which is why we chose this place. Traffic was light, good safe area away from the Cincinnati hustle and bustle with a nice river walk nearby with plenty of restaurants for dinner to chose from. "One bad night out of four."
Everything was great until my last night when they had an employee party outside of my room. I was invited to the party which was scheduled for 5-7 but chose not to attend. The issue came when it turned into a beer drinking fiesta that lasted until past 9pm. Not my idea of a comfortable stay listening to guys that had obviously drank too much just outside […] my window. "Close to the Casino"

This is a little gem of a place. Looks recently renovated; close to the airport and Creation Museum. Free wifi. Breakfast nothing to write home about. Would be a bit of a hike for anyone doing business in downtown Cincinnati, but it's on the major freeway to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We expected cut-rate accommodations, but this brand new property had a lot to offer for its price. The rooms were larger than average, very clean, the morning breakfast was hearty and plentiful, and the staff was very nice. "Smoky but otherwise ok"

"Staff needs retrained professionally"
The clerk that checked me in was unprofessional. She as rude, and unwilling to help me in any way. I think that staff should realize that there is a correct way to speak to guests. I was with a disabled person and they put us on the 3rd floor. The elevator was in the middle of the building, our room was all the way at the end. We had 6 oxygen tanks […] and our luggage to get up stairs. I asked for a room on the 1st floor. They had none. I soon found out why. Little League Baseball. They booked every room besides ours. For 3 days, at all hours of the day and night little kids were running everywhere! Knocking on doors at 3:00 am and runnning away. Every time they opened a door they slammed the same door shut!! I complained 2 times and was told that they would do nothing about it. If I every book a room there again I will ask if there are any Litttle League people staying there first. If you can find another place to stay go with that because you are treated like cattle. The staff does not help you if you ask.
