"ITC Grand Central Hotel - Not near the airport"
Bad service, lots of noise above our room & in the lobby (repairs and construction), and many promises with no results. I don't recommend this hotel. It is not the one near the airport.

We stayed for one night, and was very happy with the stay. The morning buffet breakfast was also very nice. Exceptnial service. Will surly recommend it to others.

New and well appointed hotel with excellent service and staff. The location is more in the city center and the surrounding are crowded. However, unless going for a walk is a top priority for you this hotel is very comfortable, has excellent onsite services and good food and bar.

great location, the surrounding area is nice too. but hotel tired. buffet good but pricey at 1350 rps compared to others around, lots of desserts but it you close your eyes they all kind of taste the same. The staff though are really amazing! friendly, helpful. only 4 beds near the pool to lay in the sun.

The ITC Grand Central was excellent. It catered to every need and the staff worked their hardest to make sure I had a pleasurable stay. From the doorman that greeted us, to the room service deliveryman, all of the staff were polite and attentive to our needs. The room was also in great shape with a very comfortable bed and a big clean bathrooom. When […] our ride was 2 hours late picking us up after check out, the porters and doorman were all very helpful to make the delay as pleasant as possible and often offered to set up another ride for us. They were very helpful in setting us up in the lounge to let us relax and read papers while they kept an eye out for our ride. This was by far the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to India. nous avions choisi l'ITC pour terminer dans d'excellentes conditions notre séjour en Inde , l'accueil fut a la hauteur de ces 5 étoiles : chaleureux, check in matinal, petit déjeuner offert: la classe; en revanche, nous avions choisi la formule "exécutive club" qui donne droit à des boissons soft dans la journée et un apéro en soirée, nous apprenons […] que l'ITC propose une formule différente style happy hour: un verre acheté, un verre offert mais au prix du verre, on accepte mal cette situation; nous avons du parlementer longtemps pour obtenir ce que nous avions payé!!! et tout au long de la journée, on nous a soufflé le chaud et le froid; en conclusion, nous avons eu le sentiment de faire l'aumône alors que nous avons payé cette prestation! d'autre part, l'eau de la piscine intérieure est trop froide et les joints sont sales: indigne d'un tel hôtel! il est enfin trop fréquenté par des hommes d'affaire, bruyant et le quartier ne présente aucun interêt: il est loin de tout!!! 従業員の方達の対応が大変よく、ベッドと枕の質が良いため、ぐっすり眠れました。 プライバシーも保たれし、いうことなしです。 ただ、周辺には何もないのでホテルでの食事となりました。でもまた泊まりたいなぁと思うホテルです。
