The hotel suited us just fine except it doesn't have a restaurant to get an evening meal.The comp. breakfast was good.

The hotel is clean, but there is nowhere to eat close by. McDonald's is right across the street, but you can't cross until you walk quite a way down the street. The front desk attendant was not very helpful when we asked for information about surrounding restaurants and transportation to the pier.

Everything I like. Hotel shuttle to and from airport. Good choices at breakfast. Frig, microwave,desk and easy chair with ottoman in room. Internet connection was very slow but workable. If I had stayed longer I would have used the nice appearing pool.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The serve yourself breakfast was excellent. The free shuttle was on time and called my room to let me know they were here. I liked having a Sweet Shop to buy snacks and frozen dinners and drinks so I did not have to go out for dinner when I needed to get to bed very early. Wonderful hotel with convenient shuttle from airport, and contracts to a cruise port shuttle bus as well. Has a very nice pool area, solid breakfast options, and decent area across from a small shopping centre (Subway, McD's, and Wendy's as well as a food store). Very convenient to the Fort Lauderdale airport and to the coastal strip. Breakfasts were excellent and staff helpful. Internet service is fast. Great value and will stay there again.

We stayed one day and night before a cruise. Good things: shuttle from airport, good, clean quiet room, adequate buffet breakfast, reasonably priced shuttle to cruise. Front desk was friendly. There was a pool if weather permitted. There were perfectly fine restaurants (pub, Thai, takeout) in plaza across the road and a more upscale-looking German restaurant […] a block down the street, but nothing but breakfast in the hotel. This hotel was perfectly acceptable for a quick one night stay pre-cruise. The hotel was full of not only cruise passengers, but also attendees of the national college football championship, but could not tell from our room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was great. Breakfast was good. It is 20 minutes from Miami so I would recommend a closer place to stay if you plan to go into the city. The room had a damp smell when we checked in. I left the fan on in the bathroom all day/night and the smell was gone the next day.

Not much to criticise about this hotel really. Nice place, very well placed at 5 minutes of the airport. Easy access. Hotel staff were nice, no spanish language spoken though. The parking is HUGE and I got free parking on my stay. Room was superb, perfectly clean, great bed and TV channels to watch to. Cons: The air conditioner didn't work well, the room was so hot - asked the reception and they didn't fix it. The breakfast was very simple and had terrible coffee. Pros: convenient location.

Very impressed with this hotel. Reasonable price, free airport shuttle, great free breakfast, large clean and comfy room, and staff was friendly/helpful. Only downside was there wasnt much to do in the immediate area. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed here with our family the night before leaving for a cruise. The hotel is located in close proximity to the port along with a few restaurants and shops. We ended up eating dinner at Kiko's, the restaurant in the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The food was good but was over prices. If you are getting ready to go on a cruise, this place is perfect. Its literally about a 5 minute drive to the port. Across the street is a McDonalds and a 24 hour Dunkin Donut. It also provides a breakfast, which the only problem is everyone staying there are also going on a cruise so breakfast line moves slow. When we returned from our cruise we stayed at the same hotel but took a cab back. It cost us less than twenty for all 6 of us. So if you are a family of 3 or more, just pay for a cab. Much cheaper!
