I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights while sick in Delhi. It was a bit more than i would have normally paid for a hotel, but I was not feeling well and wanted to be comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and I was very comfortable, however with the prices they charge for their services I do not know how they sleep at night. Not satisfactory. To start, the airport pick up never showed up even though the hotel had all the information. The linen and towels were not clean and smelled like they had not been washed and freshened. Hotel needs better and more cleanliness and maintanance.

Uniformly good service, quality building, responsive management. Only inconvenience was that wifi was down in my room, and I had to work out of the perfectly comfortable lobby.

Good location for those looking for a hotel near the airport. Friendly staff and excellent service. Whilst I requested a non-smoking room, there was a distinct smell in the room which was slightly offputting.

Good, clean hotel with reasonable options for different cuisines at the in-house restaurant. Staffs are helpful and service is prompt. You can rent a car with a driver through from hotel's travel desk with fixed prices for fixed time and milage, but drivers always find a way to put you over the limits to squeeze out a few extra bucks. Lounge and restaurants are noisy with loud musics and bands, which is annoying. Too expensive (by USD 20 / night) for such a location. The only mode of transportation is hotel's car. You cannot control the room-temperarure, it is controlled centrally. They keep the rooms at 16-17 C or 65-66 F in the middle of winter (outside temp 3 C). Too cold for children to sleep. We travelled during a cold snap in Delhi. There is no heat so it can get quite cold. Make sure there is a heater available in the Winter. I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. Though my booking confirmation states that airport transfer is included in my booking but I was told by the reception desk that I need to pay for this amount. Also, the window seal was missing thus causing lot of airport noise inside the room because of the hotels proximity to the airport.

Hotel with good amenities (including decent sized pool) fairly near the airport. Desk staff are v generous with times to get to airport - it took me 7 minutes at 7am. Rooms are good value if you get a discount.

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport, which was the reason for our stay. An airport shuttle service is offerred however on arrival into Delhi airport there wasn't a driver or car for us. There was only one bar and restaurant open during our stay, however it provided a wide range of food including a buffet. Price for 2 including drinks averaged about £15-20 per person. Breakfast the next day was lovely a huge range of food to choose from. Shuttle (car) to the airport was great and timely. A welcoming hotel, efficiently run, the evening staff were excellent, very sufficient and friendly, the reception morning staff were slightly brusque but polite. Had they been as efficient and friendly as the evening staff I would have no complaints what so ever. The restaurant staff were good and the food was excellent both in choice and quality.

The Uppal New Delhi is a great older hotel. The service and comfort you expect from a 4 star is there with the older style of wood and marble. Great location, nice decor, very quiet and easily accessible from the airport. They just need better pillows, way to lumpy. The staff is attentive. We liked the location, very green and quiet. Hard to believe it's so close to the airport. We would stay there again anytime.

From my room I had the view to the Gardens and was compelled to work around, I was really impressed with the Greeness of the surroundings. The restaurant breakfast was awesome, the room was clean and big and it's like a 10 minutes drive to the Airport. The only drawback is having to pay for internet in such an Hotel.

Fantastic, safe and a hotel where you certainly get your money's worth. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very close to the airport and a few shuttle is included. I also accidently booked this hotel twice due to a power failure and they refunded my money promptly and without me having to beg even though it was a non-refundable room.

Booking online and what we saw was what we got. Great pickup service at Delhi airport, great reception staff, the room is definitely a good western standard 4+ with a cool comfortable feel. Breakfast was good and return drop off at the airport was spot on. All in all.... A great option
