Avanti Holiday Village - Pafos

A great place to stay - staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help, including giving a great overview of local facilities and things to see and do. The apartments were clean and very close to the large pools. You can use the facilities of the Avanti Hotel and Half Board if you choose it is taken there. We used the voucher you get […] at Check In if you are Bed and Breakfast only to get one night's reduced dinner for 11 Euros instead of the 17.50 Euros and we were disappointed with the choice and quality of food on offer for the so-called 'Gala Night' so I wouldn't recommend this option. The other restaurants around are much better, including the excellent (and reasonable) Ocean Basket which is only a 2-3 minute walk away. It's always busy though, so book. The Italian on the main road (Cavellinis) is also excellent for a special meal with great service. It got more busy towards the end of our stay (it was over their Easter) but there were still enough free sunbeds and umbrella spots to use, but I can imagine in high season that may be more difficult. Overall pleasant. But rooms are quite far and difficult to reach. We had an old lady and we had to call the golf cart every day for pick up and drop off even though we had requested a close and ground level room at time of reservation

Pleasant enough. Nice pool area. Starting to age a little. Room decor and fittings in need of TLC. Rock hard beds. Decent shower/bathroom.

Had an excellent week in Cyprus and certainly would use Avanti again as a base. The kids loved it. They enjoyed the pool and the whole enviroment of the hotel apts. The room was very confortable for all five of us.

We stayed for one week, self catering, what would have been better would have been washing up utensils and maybe a tea towel to dry washed pots. Also a bread knife or sharp knife to cut fruit and veg would have been very useful. Staff wonderful and friendly. Facilities fantastic and great place if you've got kids. Nice restaurant at hotel serving fantastic buffet. Beach very close and lots of other restaurants nearby. Great pool area.

only stayed 2 nights as we went for a wedding but would definitely consider going ther for longer with a family. Staff were very helpful.

Stayed at this hotel with 2 of my friends for 4 nights. The staff were really friendly and recommended an excellent restaurant to us and even made a booking for us. The hotel is just outside from the main Paphos town centre and harbour so it is a bit quieter from the hustle and bustle. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel so you can travel to […] the town centre with ease (bus fare only one euro per person). There is a supermarket at the resort which was handy to get bits and pieces if you book a self catering apartment. The pool is really nice, nice design. The only downside was that I was expecting abit more with our room for a 4 star hotel. The sofa covers didn't look spotlessly clean and the furniture was a bit dated. We were looking for a apartment style hotel in a location that was closer to the beach and ameneties. Avanti Village fits that bill. The apartments are of a reasonable standard, but I wouldn't class it as 4* quality. They could do with a facelift (e.g. bathroom). The beach was a 10-min walk which was longer than we expected. The swimming pool is suitable for the kids and we were also able to use facilities (e.g. gym) at the nearby avanti hotel. My family of 5 stayed at this very comfortable property. Everything was exactly as described or better. The pool and lazy river were amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Nära till många restauranger, vattenparken mm. Perfekt poolområde för barnfamiljer! 10 min promenad till strand. Haft en skön, slapp vecka med familjen.

Hotellet må ikke forveksles med Avanti hotell som ligger like ved. Avanti Village er stedet for engelske barnefamilier med ønske om å lage mat selv. Frokosten var en skuffelse. Varmrettene går man snart forbi. Rommene er store, men badet er lite og ikke spesielt godt utstyrt. Personalet var hyggelig og servicen god.

Hyggelig hotell med hyggelig personale. Fint bassengområde, mange solsenger. Bodde i villagebiten, grei frokost. Fin liten leilighet med uteplass, byttet håndklær hver dag, bassenghåndklær også. Var forbøyd med hotellet :) Ligger i kort avstand fra stranden, her kan man gå på promenaden helt til Paphos by, veldig koselig gåtur.
