Staff had to be continously reminded about request made and many of them often did not seem to understand you and instructions were often had to be repeated and finally brought to the attention of supervisors to get results.

The VITS served my purpose well. Convenient complimentary pick up from International terminal for 3 comfortable nights in a location that had everything I needed before being returned to the Domestic Airport, again complimentary. Be more than happy to stay again for a short Mumbai stay.

Very very DIRTY, Staff knows nothing about service. It smells so bad everywhere in the hotel I booked NO smoking room but they don't have!! Only smoking rooms available. This hotel is less than 1 star hotel

convenient for one night before flight, but not very clean, if you have children, don't think of using the pool and they forgot to wake us up at 5am... but otherwise, nice staff.

Pool side restaurant is not an open air one,it can be just said as such its not that classy kind of pool side restaurant. room service comes three times a day even if you are not in room and all your stuff is lying out,So do keep a note of keeping your stuff safely coz room service guy will come any time even if you are not there.

Unfortunately I did'nt have a good stay at this hotel. The room smelt and obviously had not been used for some time. The corridors were very noisy, and I could'nt get a decent nights sleep. The staff on the front desk were rude and unhelpful and needed prompting. Breakfast was un-appealling and the staff slow to prepare breakfast. The key card gets deactivated automatically after 3 nights. This was a great inconvenience as you get locked out of your room and then you have to wait a good 15-20 mins (get hold of the front dest, make the reqauest for a new keycard etc). This happened to me twice. My girlfriend and I where staying at VITS for two nights. We wanted a hotel in Mumbai where we could have an "okay" stay, but VITS was more than that. It was a very nice business hotel and had good services, so nothing bad to report on the hotel itself.They arranged a drive to the aiport upon departure, which came in handy. The travel desk wanted 1200 […] Rupees to pick us up from the Railway station in Andheri which we found quite expensive, compared to 80 Rupees we paid for an Auto from the station to the Hotel. The Wi-Fi in the rooms cost 660 rupees for 24 Hours, which is a lot more than we were use to, compared to the other hotels in India. But then again, everything is just more expensive in Mumbai. I would go there again, but not as a tourist. What sets this hotel apart from the rest is the true ecological standard that proprietors Kamat family stand for. The gentleman led me to a car port where a uniformed employee did come. I called Vits to confirm the identity of the un-uniformed man and the Vits employee answered the phone with Hello instead of identifying the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I talked to the front desk clerk who immediately summoned the operator for a talk. So, they immediately attended to this. The staff were lovely and friendly and they have a reasonably priced restaurant next door. Sadly the rooms are really grubby. Tidy but dirty. It needs a coat of paint and a good clean! We booked a suite as no deluxe rooms were available but got a tiny room with no refrigerator, no bathtub or anything. So we had actually paid the double for something much worse than the smallest room available, but the hotel staff refused that a mistake had been made. 周围都很乱，交通很差。打的回来人家大部分不知道这家酒店的地址。特别让人受不了的就是网络一天要修一次。而且每次等修的时间要一到二个小时才有人过来修。我们去做生意的没有网络根本就是不行的。所以对此酒店印象很差。以后不会再订这家。
