Well located. Our experience here was very good. Breakfast was excellent with very good choice. The tours arranged by the hotel were value for money with a native tour guide. No check in / check out hassles. Overall the three nights spent at Decapolis was very good.

Service was impeccable, we were early for our reservation and instead of being pushed aside because we arrived before check in hours, we were given a complimentary upgrade since they didn't have our room type available! The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure our experience was enjoyable. We are on a celiac diet and the wait staff made sure that the kitchen was aware of this, thus providing us with tasty gluten free meals for the duration of our stay. Great meals, good service and warm people who care.

Have stayed in the past and had a great experience....was a little disappointed with food quality but the staff are great and the majority speak English which makes it easier. The business centre went out of their way to assist me with personally emailing documentation for a real estate purchase at no cost twice...very impressed with this.

I lived in Panama before and I have travled there over 15x in the past 12 years. I can say that this hotel is the best in the city. RIU is OK but the location sucks. Hotel was a little dated and needs refurbishing. Location was good with easy access to multicentro plaza, shopping and restaurants.The staff, by and large were helpful and friendly. Most staff we encountered could speak English quite well, well enough to be understood. It was obvious the hotel had seen better days. We were on the 21st floor it was […] quiet but the elevator was quite slow. The room was large with two double beds, desk rather small but the bathroom was the pits, the bathtub was old and the grouting and tile reflected its shabbiness. The bed linen was not changed daily unless asked they just made up the beds. The Fusion restaurant was a mess and the food was poor not worth what you paid. The breakfast buffet was ok you had a wide selection of pastries and breads, cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruits daily, juices, cereals as well as access to a selection of choices on the menu i.e bacon, sausages, eggs etc. All and all our stay was fine because we hardly spent time in the hotel itself. We left out early in the mornings and returned late at night but we had a lovely time in Panama itself and experienced wonderful food at a variety of restaurants in Panama such as Buccaneros at the causeway, and Los Anos Loco Pročitajte više

We upgraded to the room category that included breakfast. It also included 20.00 in drinks. It was well worth the upgrade. The food in the restuarant was excellent. Our only complaint was the length of time in line to check in. We took a taxi from hotel for 8.00 to the Old Town and it was 5.00 to return. The hotel is centerally located.

We tried to stay at a less expensive hotel in Panama and it was horrible. We stayed one night because we arrived late and then checked into the Raddison. This hotel must have been the top 20 years ago !!! We were upgraded to a suite on the 27th floor with a nice view of the city. Five phones in the suite,two 45 inches flat screen tv ,two bathrooms etc. But the furniture is old and not fresh at all... Comfortable bed and pillows and quiet. This hotel is in an excellent location, linked directly to a major shopping mall and entertainment complex. The hotel rooms are large, well-designed and extremely comfortable. The restaurants in the hotel are all excellent. There is free wifi throughout the entire hotel. All in all, a good option, particularly for business travellers.

This hotel is very nice, similar to a lite version of a W Hotel in the USA, but with a little bit less polish. The food at the sushi bar, and the breakfast buffet in the Fusion restaurant, are both delicious. Room service was also responsive, even on Friday and Saturday nights, but some of the room service meals were mediocre in taste and quality. There are very few English-language TV channels available in-room at this hotel, so if you need some English-language entertainment you might want to bring some downloads or discs. The Internet access is good, as both the WiFi and the wired network connections were free and had decent bandwidth (not great bandwidth, but good for e-mail and Web browsing, and Skype video conferencing). The adjacent Multicentro mall has a decent food court on the 4th floor, and it offers middling shopping opportunities and a nice movie theater. The location is excellent, just off the Corredor Sur expressway from the airport. The hotel is conncected by walkeay to the Magestic Casino and the Multicentro Mall. El desayuno en el hotel excelente, la amabilidad de los botones y el personal de mucamas y servicio muy bueno. No tan bueno la actitud del personal de Registro, a lo mejor no los encontraba en su mejor día porque los contactamos varias veces y si hay mucha diferencia entre ellos y los botones, estos últimos súper amables. El hotel muy bien ubicado, […] el trafico en Panamá es terrible, muy mala idea rentar carro pierdes mucho tiempo manejando y el manejo es muy agresivo. El hotel tiene estacionamiento gratuito lo cual se agradece, el mall al lado esta bien pero hay uno de mayor actividad hacia el aeropuerto local inmenso, la zona de restaurantes y vida nocturna es cercana y muy seguro, regresamos caminando tarde sin problema, pero pregunten para estar seguros ya que los taxis son económicos. El bar en la tarde esta muy agradable, tienes un bono por habitación que vale la pena usar, consultamos el salón de SPA y se ve increíble pero no lo pudimos probar.
