Four Seasons Resort Langkawi - Langkawi

We liked the exotic and luxurious settings of hotel. The sfaff were quite courteous and friendly. We upgraded to a villa upon arrival with some discount. It was worth it. The villa was huge( I mean really huge) and has a very nice lay-out. You have your own private beach that we can't swim but nice to look at. Adult swimming pool is long, infinite edged […] and has a serene setting. However, family pool is disappointing for the size and price of the hotel. It's small. The standard downstair rooms have no view of the beach. I'm not sure about upper rooms though. The breakfast was quite average. Our 3 children loved kids club. They spend nearly whole day at kids club. The spa was again average. It's a good idea to rent a car at the airport since this hotel is quite remote from Kuah and Cenang beach. Hotel limousine is not cheap. I'll come back to the villa although it's a bit pricy but not sure about standard room. But in overall we loved the stay at the Four Seasons. Pročitajte više

Whilst this resort is a wonderful and luxurious place to stay, the restaurants are terribly expensive. Eating 3 meals a day at the resort restaurants can completely blow your budget! Unfortunately the resort is quite remote from any outside restaurants, but it is possible to take local taxis to outside local restaurants, e.g. Kuah Town for a reasonable […] price. Some nights we didn't feel like going out though, and we felt that the resort would be much more enjoyable if it offered more affordable meals. The staff were very friendly, however, we felt as though we were "captive" - they were not very forthcoming with information about outside the resort, or even what was available inside the resort. We found out by "accident" that there were dvd's available from the concierge, and also that you could borrow bikes to cycle around the resort. The staff also were not very helpful in recommending places to visit outside the resort - e.g. local restaurants, and seemed surprised that we would want to enjoy the local culture by eating with the locals. So even though this resort is sheer luxury to stay at, with wonderful rooms, we did not feel as though we experienced Malaysia itself. It's a great place to relax by the pool and read a good book, inbetween kayaking, sailing, stand up paddle boarding, which is all inclusive. Like the endless bottles of water. Pročitajte više

The staff are very friendly; the food is fantastic and the experience was wonderful. I highly recommend taking the mangrove tour with Aidi - fascinating.

Beautiful hotel, amazing beach, friendly and helpful service. Cant wait to go back. It is expensive, however, not at all over-priced!!!

We spent 4 nights at the 4 Seasons Resort in Langkawi and had high expectations as this was an expensive hotel for us. It did not disappoint on any level. The visual impact of the resort is incredible. As an artist it was a joy to meander around this resort and discover the visual treasures on offer. Every part of this resort has been carefully & lovingly […] conceived. The gardens are extensive and the two pools are amazing. The level of customer service was outstanding. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Every staff member we came across made an extraordinary effort to make our stay a memorable one. Due to a special deal on offer we spent 10 hours frequenting the spa, which was a truly, fabulous haven of peace & tranqillity, with experienced and caring therapists on hand. There was a good variety of restaurants and the quality of food on offer was excellent. This was our second honeymoon and as such it proved to be the perfect location. 期待しすぎてしまったかもしれません。ホテル内施設はすばらしいと思いましたが。 ビーチにはゴミが多かった。正午、ゲストがくつろぐ砂浜で掃除用重機が横切りました。 気分が悪いし、排気ガスくさい。 これがフォーーシーズンズなのかと驚いた。 熱帯植物あふれるすばらしい庭。でもゴミが落ちていました。 なにかとリクエストの電話をオペレーターにしましたが、とにかく、とにかく遅い。 石鹸、氷、なにかひとつ部屋に運んでくれるようにお願いして、４０分以内では 届きません。ひどいと、放置です。 どこもゴージャスでステキですが。がっかりしました。

9ヶ月になる娘と家族3人で宿泊しました。スタッフ皆が感じが良く、子供好きで毎日声を掛けて抱っこしてくれたりケアしてくれ、キッズルームもあり、安心してあずけられました。レストランは3つあり、全てオーシャンビュー。グリルレストランが一番美味しかったけど、全て良かった、バーも雰囲気が良く毎晩行ってました。朝食はブッフェで、マレーシア料理、日本食、コンチネンタル、インドなど全てあり、飽きませんでした。 お部屋はとっても清潔で広い。バギー移動、もしくは自転車を借りてホテル内を移動します。毎朝ヨガを受けました！ バスタブが屋外にありますが、かわいい猿が来たりしてもしかしたら糞をしたりしてるかも。。。と思ったりして初日に入ったきりやめました。ドアをあければ、鳥やりす、猿、やもりなど見る事ができ、子供にとっても良い環境でした。私たちはフォーシーズンのあと、the […] dataiに移りましたが、両方最高でしたが、最新機器でいいのはフォーシーズンの方だと思うので、ここがBest！！！ Pročitajte više

ランクワイ島では５か所目のホテルでしたが、総合的には満足できるホテルです。 ただ細かいところで気になるのは、ハウスキーピングが人によってばらつきがあります。タオルやアメニティーの補充がされない日があり電話して持ってきてもらうのは煩わしいです。あとレストランの食事が私たちには合いませんでした。これが一番残念でした。食事のバリエイションがもう少し増えれば何度も訪れたいホテルです。 あともう一つ残念だったのは私たちが訪れた時は、天候があまり良くなく雨ばかりの日が多く、アクティビティーができなかったことです。（ホテルのせいではありませんが）
