I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past 9 years. The staff is always pleasant. This last visit, our bed seemed to be more comfortable than usual and the breakfast was very good. They have recently remodeled and I'm not sure I like the new color scheme.

We came in late at night, but there was a 24 hour McDonalds and Burger King nearby to feed the kids. The breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon!, bagles, fresh cooked waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, 5 kinds of coffee and 8 kinds of tea. 24 hour coffee and oranges. Loved the room. Felt very comfortable and cozy. Noticed that the toilet handle was broken and was wondering why it was left that way. The A/C didn't want to stay on, so had to keep the window open the whole night, which ended up waking us up early because of the noise from the overhead airplanes. Otherwise, everything was great!

Hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. The beds were ROCK HARD... but the rooms were nicely decorated and definitely fit the bill for a quick nap before catching an early morning flight.

Travelling with two young children, I needed to be able to get around. The staff dropped us off at the shopping centre, the train station and then picked us up again and brought back to the hotel. This is a very comfortable, modern, and aesthetically pleasing hotel. The room space is tight when you open the sofa bed. Otherwise, there is plenty of room. The comp breakfast was very good. The only negative was that the desk staff was not very helpful.

We were very impressed with the rooms. They were pretty nice and very clean and modern. It offered a microwave and a refrigerator which was pretty nice for us that were traveling with 2 kids. The breakfast was also pretty good with a variety of foods to choose from. Definitely recommend this place. Would stay here again.

I was on the second floor, all the way at the end of the hall... Which you would think would be pretty private and quite. It was anything but. I was across the hall was the maid's storage closet and it was very disruptive early in the mornings. Doors were slamming all morning, and the maids were very loud. Don't stay in room 221. I also had a maid barge […] into my room at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday. I guess I didn't hear her knock, but that seems rather early for housekeeping. The room itself was nice; the sofa and bed were comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly, but the maids' loudness early in the morning and strange housekeeping polices ruined the experience for me. The stay overall was great. We were staying there in order to catch an early flight. My only suggestion would be to educate front desk on customer service. The clerk checking us in seemed as if he would rather have been elsewhwere. A smile would have been at least half the battle.

1st rate service from the moment we walked through the doors for our 6 night stay. Spacious room, very clean! Wonderful beds left us feeling ready to go upon waking in the morning. Great room. Very clean. Everything was comfortable, including temperature in the room, bed, etc. I liked the small kitchenette even though my stay was so short I had no need for it. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and the drivers were friendly.

Very easy to find, Light and airy. Easy check-in. Good selection for complimentary breakfast. Limited amount of newspapers available unless you come down to breakfast early. When I came down at 8 am, they were already gone. When I asked the desk clerk if there were more behind the desk, she said sure and proceeded to give me a day-old paper.

Excelleny price. We loved the swimming pool. There is a brand new fitness room that is very clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast, wifi, parking and check out flexibility made my experience be very pleasant and frictionless.

We needed overnight accomodations and shuttle service to Portland Airport. The room was far better than average, the breakfast buttet adequate, the shuttle service was courteous and quick, and the price was reasonable.

I've enjoyed another Spring Hill Suite location in SanAntonio, but this one was noisy (both in hearing other rooms and the street noise), it was VERY uncomfortable beds (hard as a rock), and the room ventilation was giving my wife allergy fits. We checked out after one of three nights.

The decor was a little disappointing and look cheaper then expected. Although it was a pleasant stay with nothing bad to report. If you are on your away somewhere like we where and just need a place to stay for the night it is a good choice.

Off the highway enough to avoid congestion, close enough to be convenient. Good value. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Nice, clean room. Stayed overnight before an early PDX departure. Very convenient to the airport. Breakfast was hearty with multiple options (tho would love to see some more gluten/dairy free options). Two Queen beds and a pullout queen sofa gave everyone a place to sleep. Had stayed at another Springhill property (in Salem OR) that was much bigger and included a separate bedroom, but guess space is more at a premium close to the airport. Very clean hotel. We went with 2 adults and 3 kids. No problem with space. Hotel is easy to find. Couch pulled out into queen bed. Continental breakfast had lots of choices. Would stay there again!
