Hotel is very nice, location is good depending where you're needing to be but the bed is extremely comfortable. I had a great nice sleep everytime!

Our first room even though it was to be "non-smoking" the previous resident smoked. The second room was non-smoking. The TV remote did not work and took about an hour before we were able to watch any station. The cleanliness in the bathroom was very marginal. Bed was comfortable.

Everything was full in Statesboro so had to stay here. It was okay but the facility looks a little worn. The beds were not comfortable.

I've stayed here many times but this time the was not comfortable. Sounded like the springs were busted. Besides that it's a place to stay at a reasonable rate.

All around/Overall Poor... bathroom cleanliness was appalling. Bathroom fixtures aged and in disrepair. Ice machine on 3rd floor inoperative. TV in room requires too many put this, then take to just view TV. Clock unplugged upon arrival. Bed and linens sub-par... Never staying there again

I thought the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Those weekends are always so busy at GSU but the room was very clean and the front desk staff was considerate and patient.

Maybe for the price this was okay. But the room did not feel clean, the sheets were "prickly" and the mattress was terrible. The bedspread was threadbare. The bathroom was fine, but the towels were also worn out. Breakfast was the bare minimum, and they were out of almost evrything before 8 a.m.

Good location,great staff Malory was the lady on duty when I checked in she was great.Rooms are comfy and nice beds are great.Rooms was not as clean as would expected.Stayed there before I will stay there again.Found some old pizza behind couch and food on the floor.

We try to always stay at this hotel when visiting our sons at Georgia Southern. It is very convenient to their places and to all the restaurants in town.

I am no stranger to low-end hotels, but this one was just not up to par. The rooms were old and drab. The closet was hidded, there was a hole in the wall leading to the plumbing in the bathroom. The television was outdated, the mattresses were boxy. The window unit AC (in GEORGIA) was loud and blew the curtains around. The carpet felt... well, gross. […] I wore socks or shoes the entire time. The breakfast was disgusting. The eggs had clearly been cooked at least one day earlier, if not several. The pastries were stale. The fruit was bruised and wilted looking. I couldn't even have cereal because they were out of milk. This place needs a MAJOR overhaul. I will say this, though - the staff was very friendly and nice. However, they had one person working the desk and answering the phone, and clearly they needed at least one more person. Poor guy. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Air conditioner did not work. Large, questionable stains on towels. Continental breakfast was out of food by 8am. Lighting issues forced my wife to go to car to put on makeup. On the plus side, the lock worked.

The entire hotel smelled like musty smoke. We requested a non-smoking room, but apparently, it had been a smoker in the past. The room was filthy dirty. I couldn't take a bath in that tub.

This hotel has two sections, a old and new. My stay previous to this had new mattresses and a very clean room. This stay I had old mattress and I kept killing bugs all night long even after changes beds in my room (I had two queens.) It made for a long night.

Arrived at 5, checkin available at 3, rooms were being "cleaned". Our room door was open when we got there without any explanation - we wondered if we should go in, one towel in the bathroom. Called front desk for more towels 3 times with no answer using button on phone marked "front desk". Called "housekeeping" too - no answer. Dialed "0", got through, […] and was told they had been full the night before and were running behind on towels. Confronted a "housekeeping" person in the hall and she was pretty rude and said she was waiting for towels. After I dialed "0" housekeeping knocked on my door with a towel, but, said, I could only have one - that only 2 towels were allowed per room. Told the front desk next day - no offer to do anything for me to make things better. Fairly new hotel - dirty and poorly maintained - used coffee filter in coffee maker in room - doubt the room was very clean. Staff was rude. We won't be back. Pročitajte više

The hotel is centrally located to shops, food and most importantly...GSU. The first morning of the included breakfast was a disaster! They did have milk, no sausage, no waffle mix, no ANYTHING. The front desk clerk and the woman servicing the area were not breaking their necks to get it corrected. I came to find out that one of the hotel maids was doubling […] as the breakfast server. YIKES! The next morning was much better and everything was prepared. The hotel does have a smell like natural gas upon entering the lobby. I had read about this from another reviewer. He was correct. I was disappointed that the room pictures showed a flat panel tv, but my room and others I saw while being cleaned had an old tube tv. The bed was very comfortable. Very close to Georgia Southern. Hot eggs for breakfast. Friendly staff. Beds comfortable and clean. Don"t follow the google directions to get there. It is inaccurate. It is right on the corner of Veteran Memorial Hwy and Fair Rd, straight north from Exit 127 from Interstate 16.

hotel was clean, staff was fantastic, bed pillows were small I would say bring your own pillow. Pool was clean, breakfast was pretty good, make your own waffles.

Our stay was ok..soon as we walked in the hotel my husband said it smelled like gas. It's just the smell of the hotel. Other than then that it was a good stay no issues

We arrived very late in the evening after a family event. We were very tired and went straight to bed. When we got up in the morning, we were amzed to see how bad the bath was in this room.
