Recently went to spend the weekend and this Hotel was close to things to do downtown , very adequate and secure parking and had quality breakfast items.

This was the hotel we stayed in on our first trip to Chattanooga. We've been back many times and have stayed in many different locations but like Staybridge the best. Location is good. Free parking is awesome. Breakfast is hearty, room clean and comfortable.

This was a great room, and it was close to the electric bus line which made it very convenient to go downtown.

As is customary with this hotel chain the suites are spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen although, it this case, the bathroom was a little cozy - so if you are on the large size then you could find it disagreeable. Location is a little out of the center which is OK because most of what's in Chattanooga is spread around the town. Ample free […] parking and better-than-average breakfast choice that changes daily. Near all the downtown attractions. Across the street from convention center so if any event is going on there this hotel is jam packed. Secure gated parking lot, very pet friendly property, dog treats at front desk. plenty of dog walking areas. Free shuttle is a 2 block walk. Property is undergoing renovations, our room still had old furnishings, clean […] but a little shopworn. Only complaint was 2 double beds instead of queen size. Hopefully these will be upgraded to queens. Free breakfast was great, something for every taste & diet. We also were impressed with the manager reception in the evening. Our family was in Chattanooga for a quick little getaway. This hotel is maybe a mile and half from the aquarium, and you dont even have to make any turns. You could walk to all the fun places, but we had 2 kids and a baby and didnt feel that adventurous. No great restaurants around, BUT the hotel had a decent little free buffet much like hometown suites […] does. It even included miller lite and a local brew on tap. Good free breakfast buffet in the morning as well. The kids swam in the indoor heated pool and had a good time. There was plenty of parking and it was free unlike several of the hotels in downtown. The suite room was great for us since we have a baby (the pack n play fit perfectly in the bedroom with us) and other kids. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows were HORRIBLE. The style of the room was a bit dated but that seems to be being remedied with a current remodel. The renovation didnt affect us with noise, but it smelled awful when walking down the halls (not in the room though). When we checked in and out, the front desk employees seemed more interested in whatever else it was that they were doing (appeared to be training when checking in), and werent even there when checking out. Elevators are too small. Plus there is only one set for the entire hotel. This area needs improvement. Sometimes the wait times are very unbearable. A hotel of this kind needs more elevators...larger ones too...

The hotel was great. The staff was great . Great service. Our room had fridge microwave stove top dishwasher . . . . . Very convenient . We stayed at The Brown hotel ,a four star hotel in Louisville KY and if it was a 4 star then the Staybridge was a 9 star.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites. The checkin was simple. Hotel is located directly across the street from the Convention Center. It is centrally located in the downtown area. We stayed at Staybridge while visiting Chattanooga to attend a wedding. We couldn't have been more pleased with during our stay. All the comforts of home (and then some!). Will most definitely stay again if visiting Chattanooga in the future.

This was a last minute trip and wonderful. The hotel was clean and very well kept. Breakfast was included and a full breakfast too, bacon,eggs, biscuits, waffles, etc. indoor pool was fantastic too since it as January.

This hotel is new, clean and well laid out and I would recommend it. We had the two double bed suite complete with kitchenette, which was superb despite not even using it for our overnight stay. Having a suite was great---if one of us was tired we could go into the bedroom and close the door and the other person could have the living room to watch tv. Very clean and welcoming lobby and guest areas. Nice hot breakfast. The gym and laundry facilities were very nice. (Laundry is free for guests). The down side is that we had to hunt around for […] reception desk staff for 10 minutes before we could check in. They were off doing a housekeeping task. Isn't that what housekeeping is for? We arrived shortly after noon and were allowed access to our room almost immediately, even though they had been full the night before. The suite is more like a small apartment than a hotel room, and we were very comfortable there. The lounge area provided us with dinner and breakfast! You can't beat that on a soggy, rainy January night!

We really liked this hotel! It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast had lots of choices. The only thing that would make it better is if they'd add another waffle batter machine. They had 3 waffle makers but only one batter machine and it was slow, which made the waffle making line back up. One of the reasons we chose to stay here was because the hotel didn't charge for parking like other hotels in the area do. To catch the free trolley is just a couple of blocks away on 11th St. and it is nice and comfortable AND air conditioned!! We loved the city's trolley system!! We arrived early and was able to check in, we were very grateful! I was worried that since this hotel accepts animals in the rooms that it would be dirty and smelly but it wasn't at all! We never smelled anything unpleasant, infact, upon entering through the garden gate in the back, the smell of baking cookies was in the air and was awesome! The pool area was nice and clean as well. The location is about as good as you can get. Close to the free downtown bus but not too close to deal with a lot of noise. Room was very clean and spacious. Only issue was the front desk person seemed clueless as to how to process a hotels.com reservation, that was a minor issue though. Highly recommend this if staying in Chattanooga.
