"Very nice stay as you would expect from Scandic"
I was very pleased with the hotel (stayed for 5 nights). It is a five minute walk to the station; good bar; room was comfortable if forgettable; decent gym. I even met someone famous downstairs. I'd stay there again.

"Disasterous breakfast"
Travelled together with 4 friends - staying in 3 rooms. The rooms OK, but could have been cleaner. Friendly and helpful staff at reception desk. Quiet rooms taking into consideration in a city center.Very convenient with short distance to bus and railway station. But the reason why we were not completely satisfied with our stay was the service in the […] restaurant. We arrived late on friday 3.11 and decided to dine in hotel restaurant. Not outstanding food, cold in the room and waitress removed the plates before we had finished meal completely. Very noisy because of other guests at the bar. The big problem was the breakfast. On Saturday the 4,11 the breakfast room was crowded and noisy. On Sunday the 5.11 the breakfast situation had parallels to "Faulty Towers". When we arrived for breakfast at 0930 the big table with bread and rolls was empty and still one hour left of breakfast time. We tried to ask staff for fresh supplies but they were very busy and did not bother to answer. The cutlery baskets were empty, no coffe/tea cups, the trays with food were empty and the restaurant were more than crowded. I am sure that some gusts left without having breakfast. This hotel have a problem with logistics: they must have known how many guests to have breakfast and should have got supplies accordingly. I think that when I booked the rooms the Scandic Crown was rated 4 stars - I cannot quite understand how they have got this rating. Pročitajte više

It was even better than it looked. Couldnt have been happier. Beautifully laid out. Top floor views from Jaccuzzi/ Sauna/ Balcony were stunning. Looking right over to the World championship athletics stadium. 9 out of 10

I was attending a conference in Gothenburg earlier in the month. I waited too long to make my hotel reservations, so this property was one of the few that was available for the duration. Although the room was small, it was very clean and maintained very well. Even though I was at a location father away than most conference hotels, it was still only […] a 15 minute walk to the conference center. It would have been a quick ride on the tram, also. The proximity to the train station is a plus, although the area is very busy and can be a bit noisy, but the hotel seems to be fairly insulated from that. The breakfast buffet was enormous and refreshed often and very quickly. The crowds at breakfast were a little much, but there was never a shortage of food and pleasant staff to remove dirty plates. I did not have dinner here, but the dinner buffet looked inviting. My only problem with the room is that the temperature controls did not seem to work too well, but that is pretty indicative of European hotels. It was never uncomfortably hot, but I would have like a bit more air circulating in the room. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to budget-conscious travelers. Parkering koster mindst 200 SEK oveni hotelprisen. Tjeneren i restauranten var arrogant og uhøflig, og insisterede på at jeg skulle skifte bord, selvom der var mange tomme borde. Han påstod at bordet var reserveret, men 2 timer efter stod det stadig tomt. Bortset fra tjeneren var det andet personale OK.

"Sentralt hotell med god service"
Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt, ca 3 minutters gange fra sentralstasjonen. Det var en hyggelig atmosfære på hotellet og personellet ytet veldig god service. Da de ble spurt om å anbefale restaurant, ringte de restauranten for å høre om det var ledig bord og booket for oss. Det eneste minuset var at boblebadet var stengt mellom kl 12 og 15.

Bra hotell nära stationen som passar när man är på resande fot. Hjälpsam personal som trots sent på kvällen kunde ordna fram dietspecifik kost till billigt pris. Rekommenderas för de flesta syften!

Vi var tre personer som bodde en natt på Scandic Crown i GBG. Vi är alla fantastiskt nöjda med såväl den trevliga personalen som det fina rummet. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka igen! Tack för en ortoligt trevlig vistelse och en superb frukost!

Andra gången vi bor på detta hotell. Det ligger centralt och har bra priser. Trots detta tycker jag inte att vi har fått värde för pengarna någon av gångerna. Sista besöket vinglade och gnisslade vår säng när man satte sig eller vände sig om under natten. I hiss och lobby stod ölburkar från eftermiddagen till morgonen därpå. De hade problem att hitta […] vår bokning trots att bokningsavi visades och när vi skulle checka ut framställdes det som att det var vi som hade gjort fel. Scandic Crown är rent och snyggt. Deras service är utmärkt och läget är bra för kommunikationer åt alla håll. Nordstans shopping är dessutom bara något kvarter bort.

Et hyggelig hotel som ligger perfekt til i Gøteborg. God service og et blidt personale. Litt dårlig med lys i spisesalen. Mangler lapper på maten som kan fortelle hva det er. Har bodd flere ganger på dette hotellet og anbefaler det gjerne til våre venner- Hotellet er behjelpelig med det meste. Om sommeren er det veldig koselig takterasse med bar som […] kan anbefales. Svært fornøyd, eneste å klage på var lukt fra bade.. Lukta ikke så veldig greit og at det ikke var no særlig med luft slet med å slå på vifta fikk det ikke til :) Muligens min feil. Men alt topp kun lukt på bad som var minus.

Fint hotell/fine rom. Gangavstand fra Gøteborg togstasjon. Nært sentrum. God mat i restauranten. Det burde vært mulig å reservere plass i boblebadet. Det var alltid veldig fullt der.
