The suite concepts are wonderful for larger families (like mine). However, the upkeep of the room we had left much to be desired. We had 3 TVs, with only one of them having a working remote. It seems to be an older hotel and it shows. It was clean, but showing its age. The price and location more than made up for it, and the staff was very helpful. The staff was nice, pleasant and professional. The phone in my room did not work, light bulb was out in bath entrance and the toilet ran constantly.It took them all day to get the phone fixed and the light bulb put in.
