Good, clean hotel north of Atlanta. Staff is friendly, room was clean. The breakfast buffet was short on healthful options (but it was free, so no complaint). The rooms are small, so not good if you do an in-room workout.

the breakfest was great and the bed was soft, however the whirlpool in the room was too small..... no romantic hot tub secene here. the tv was hard to controll, seemed like the remote only worked when you held it just right.

The hotel was fine, although we called to make the reservation because we specifically needed 2 beds and a handicap accessible room (hand rails at a minimum). Perfect hotel for use as "base of operation" during our family vacation to the Atlanta area. Found Norcross to be very convenient to local attractions such as Stone Mountain Park, the Carter Center, MLK Historic Site, and others. Area over shower was too dark. Coffee maker and coffee should have been outside the bathroom; not in it!!! Who in their right mind eats in the bathroom anyway??? There should have been more fresh fruit choices. All the bananas were mushy and over ripe.

We arrived for our 3:00 check in time to find out that our room wasn't going to be clean for another hour. This was disappointing since we have a 2 year old who had been stuck already in a car for 4 hours. We ended up just waiting it out at the hotel pool which was refreshing in the 90 degree heat. Our toddler slept through the racket, but until 3:00 AM, we heard non stop doors slamming, the dryer running, and the ping of the elevator. From the moment we checked in, the staff were helpful and friendly. The ladies that handled the breakfast, we extremely helpfull and breakfast was great every day. The room was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Thanks!!!! We will stay there again if we are in the area.

We stayed at this hotel as a family member was getting married at the Flint Hill Mansion. The overall look of the hotel was nice. THE BATHRROM WAS ANOTHER STORY. IN THIS DAYand AGE OF STD's,ANTIOBIOTC RESITANT VIRUSES/BACTERIA to be that uncaring about my concern was upsetting. The situation obviously was NOT passed on to the oncoming shift/supervisor cause at check out when I explained the problem the clueless look on the faces of the day staff was PRICELESS. Needless to say I guess the night staff GINET thought she was doing her best by just moving me to the next room from 306 to 308. I don't know if you had a upset former guest who thought it would be a good April Fools joke or a upset environmental service worker in any event if I hadn't pre paided for my stay I WOULD'VE LEFT. Recommend Broadway Diner (open 24 hours), Caribbean Fiesta and, of course, The Waffle House right across the street. Clean and well maintained hotel. Couple of draw backs. Some of food on breakfast bar was only luke warm. They used heat lamps instead of steam trays. I call the front desk after checking in around 9 pm and no one asnwer. Next morning no one was at front desk when we checked out. Stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied with everything about our stay. Enjoyed breakfast and our room was very nice and very clean. Would stay again on our stop over to Florida. Went downtown and saw the sights, not too far from the hotel, so that was good to. Close to ring road around Atlanta, so we could easily carry on our trip to Florida.

This hotel is extremely clean and net redone. The decor is contemporary yet warm and inviting. We enjoyed the freshly baked cinnamon rolls every morning along with the coffee. The staff was "on point" and very helpful with any questions we had. I will recommend this HIE location to friends and relatives!
