The hotel did not have electronic cards and I had to be let in to my room. When I returned later that night the master key was not available ,and still did not have the electric cards done. The night clerk was great. She went out of her way to get my party back into our room. As far as I am concerned she did more than I expected of her. This is the kind of hotel that you get what you pay for. ........Cheap rates shouldn't mean that it can't be clean.Shower curtians were filled with mold and the room was in the corner next to the stairwell. I couldn't stay the entire night for fear of the door being kicked in or getting bed bugs.

This place was dirty, had holes in the walls, The bed had no sheets and no towels. The dresser drawers had no bottoms in them. The wall lamp cords were cut off. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

All was friendly. Rooms outdated with little dust but over all for price it was okay. Convenient for our stay. Thank you

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Really i run a business and use hotel a lot because we travel. This place was by far the worst. 1st found a used needle in the shower! Beds are u shaped, not flat. Towels should be white but no they were off white! Seriously I am not one to complain but I even emailed hotels.com the pictures! This place is a horrible hotel. --E […] DWIN!! Pročitajte više

cobwebs in the corners. mold on the shower curtain. One bar of soap. thin towels. But the price was right. I will never stay there again. My car would have been better.

Molded shower..... hole in door....bed bugs.... etc...etc... not fit for dog or cats!

When we pulled into the parking lot a homeless man was arguing with the desk clerk about whether he could go through the trash. The lobby was dark and dirty. The stairway up to our room was unpainted dirty boards. Half way up the stairs, under a bird's nest, there was a pile of bird droppings at least an inch deep and about a foot around. Carrying our […] luggage around the crap was challenging in a narrow stairway. When we got to our room it was roasting hot and smelled terrible. We turned the air conditioning on to cool things off and went out to get a bite to eat. When we returned there was a group down the hall who had put lawn chairs on the walkway and were cooking food from a small bbq grill while loudly smashing down beers. We decided to play scrabble, but the table in our room was loose and tilting. During the night the noise outside was so loud that we had to keep the air conditioner running. The air conditioner only had two settings; on and off. We froze all night on thin blankets with dingy sheets. To top it all off the shower curtain was broken and hung towards the middle so that it would not close completely. To say it clearly we were happy to leave in the morning and we would not have stayed here at all if we hadn't payed for the reservation ahead of time. Pročitajte više

The rooms were dirty. The outside of the hotel looked horrible and dirty, bird droppings on the stairs to the second floor. The electronic room keys fit all rooms. Did not feel secure.

We didn't expect much for the price and per previous reviews, but we needed an inexpensive overnight stay near New Buffalo. The room was clean and okay for staying overnight. We didn't appreciate the family conference outside our room, for more than an hour, in the morning, nor the rousting for check-out. It was an experience.

Dirty, Dirty rooms. Broken fixtures filthy bathroom. Stay away. Go to the Red Roof next door.

it was cheep but felt safe easy on and off highway good if just in and then out walk to bob evans

The staff was "kind" but offered nothing more than a bed with cigarrette burns in blankets and no amenities - including no phone in the room. Nothing except the bed, the carpet turned our feet black! It was dirty and although we liked the city, we stayed somewhere else the next night!

Utrolig ulækre værelser, hvor der i røgfrie værelser lugtede kraftigt af røg og fugtig kælder. Meget faldefærdig hotel, hvor få ting virker.
