I liked this hotel and the staff was amazing helpful. The only drawback was no breakfast for price paid. But it was a great stay.

i book non smocking room, when i arrived to fo check in, there was not available room, so they gave me very bad smell room, and pretend that i didnt note it. then the breackfast was very poor.

A convenient place to where I needed to go. Hotel is nice and brightly lit. Perhaps the speed of lift arrival can be worked on especially when the lifts have to serve 26 floors.

Only stayed 1 night luckily, and wouldnt stay again. The room was very small for Guangzhou, but the worse part was lack of sound insulation. Could hear very loud guests next door so clearly for the whole nite. Luckily they went to sleep just past midnite. Better off across stree at Holiday Inn City Centre. Not welcoming staff, nor professional.

Very good value for the price we paid for the rooms. Happy with the service level. However, the health center on the 4th floor was nothing to rave about - service offered not worth the money. In addition, they only have 3 rooms for female guests and unable to cope if more turned up.

The hotel is located at a good and accessible location. It is relatively new and clean. It's got a bank and a mini mart 30 meters away, has plenty of taxi cabs passing by. The only problem is the poor service quality of the room service and the concierge.

Good location for metro and shops. Across road bridge is good arabic/mediterainian restaurant (The Secret Garden). Hotel is doing some renovation, in April-2012 around floor 9 (we moved from 8th to 24th floor to avoid the noise)

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will explain a little of what happened to me. Because the hotels pool was not available to use, the hotel offered to send me a VIP fruit basket to compensate me. When the fruit basket did not arrive, I went out to the hallway thinking it was left outside my room. When I saw the chambermaid receive a phone […] call on her cell phone, it struck me as curious, so I followed her as she walked to her cleaning cart. From the bottom of the cart she pulled up a plastic garbage bag, then walked to the staff room, and emptied the bag of FRUIT, into a basket and preceeded to follow me back to my room to deliver my fruit basket!!!! Disgusting!!! Not only was my fruit in a plastic bag, the chamber maid also touched it with her hands as she attempted to arrange the fruit in the basket. And above that the fruit was all bruised and scarred. When finally the Assitant Manager brought me a new fruit basket, the fruit was still old. After check-in, I realised that the room allocated on the 5th floor looks out directly unto the roof of a lower-rise adjourning building - no view at all. Location: The hotel is within 5 minutes walk to both Ouzhuang and Taojin metro stations. Taxis are also a fairly cheap way of getting around, and can easily be found outdise the hotel. This hotel is attempting to represent five start standards. If it were managed by a vary competent sales manager it might approach that. However, they Male staff on the desk look at customers as if they are worthy of contempt. Chinese hotels demand a deposit in advance for a room. Unlike five star hotels elsewhere they will not make a copy of your credit […] card and hold it until your stay is finished. If you complain they will brutally rebuke your concern. The Sales Manager interceded in this instance and vowed to make certain that this policy s put into other Expedia based agreements. However, the poor consumer sensitivity of the Desk Manager ruined what would have been a quality experience. Hopefully Chinese hotels will modernize and adapt to a world where more temperate considerations are applied. Bra businesshotell ca 400 m från T-banan. Nära till Starbucks, Burger King och 7eleven samt nära till ett populärt restaurangområde. Gigantiskt mall med dyrare märken finns vid T-banestationen. Hotellrummen är delvis nyrenoverade. Nu senast bodde jag i ett helt nytt rum medan jag vid tidigare tillfälle bott i de äldre rummen. Dessa rum är dock också […] fina. Eftersom det är tillåtet att röka på hotellet så kan det vara lite unken lukt ibland. Frukostbuffén är mer kinesisk än västerländsk men fungerar. Wi-fi är gratis men kan vara svajigt, framförallt om hotellet är fullbelagt, dock kan man på de flesta rum använda kabeln istället med mycket bättre resultat. Sängarna är sköna och duschen har bra tryck, men nu senast var det svårt att få jämn värme på vattnet. 因廣州大雨，所以以為一出地鐵就到，後來才知道地圖出錯，問人後才知要行10多分鐘才到，在兩地鐵站中間。到達後酒店感覺較新，但三點幾去到都話房未執好，但好彩上房後，見服務員又話已清潔好，房間整潔，但沖涼房是全透明的，房間大小適中。不過佢咖啡包是要收費的，每包要6元，放在免費的茶包盒中。
