We had to move rooms because the first shower would not drain and the detachable shower head would not stay attached to the wall. The second room had the same issues with the shower. The beds were great and Sean at the front desk was very pleasant. Continental breakfast is not offered. Not enough parking places for the amount of rooms. I didn't get the correct room that I paid for. I paid for a King Executive 2 room and got double bed single room. Pop machines on all floors wouldn't accept change. Water never gets warm. However rooms very clean and comfortable. Very quiet.

I asked for a room with easy access because my husband has problems walking. They upgraded our room to handicap since it was available and it was a King Suite with 2 rooms at no additional charge. We didn't even have to ask. HOW NICE!! We will be back!!! Thank you sooooo much!!

Got in our room and after unpacking we notice a plunger in the toilet with beer cans in the trash and dirty towels on the floor. we were upgraded to a suite without asking and the hotel apologized. I was unhappy that staff did not tell any one that the shuttle van had moved and wasn't picking up people were they were dropped off! It was a very cold, snowy, wet night. Ended up walking back!!!! When I arrived, I was told by others that the driver was making people wait instead of fully loading the van! I was very cold and wet and was not very nice […] to the front desk help needless to say he did not really care about the situation! Very comfortable. Large room with all the amenities. Friendly staff. The front desk even paid for my taxicab to the airport.

Reasonable rates, good location to downtown, and easy to get to off interstate. Rooms are a bit outdated but overall it was a comfortable albeit short stay.

Everything was great, really appreciated the shuttle to the concert. The only thing we were having issues with was the toilet wasn't flushing very well and the shower head wouldn't stay up very well since we were put in a handicap room. Other than that it was great. Will stay there again in the future for other concerts.

We booked a standard room and it was in the non smoking area. We were not asked if we wanted smoking or non smoking and the room smelled terrible. Everything was smoky. The carpet had cigarette burns in it. The room looked very old and outdated. Customer service was very poor being a frequent traveler and stay at different hotels this one did not match up. I requested a shuttle aday before to airport at 9:00am still I was not able to leave until 20mins, after 9:00am which was very unprofessional and unreliable with this type of treatment I will not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

The room was awfully small to be an "Executive King" room...I had previously stayed at this same hotel and had a room that has a living area seperate from the bedroom area, I had expected a room like that, however we got a room that was no larger than a standard king room.

It was located close to the all the places that I was needing to be for the meetings. It is also handy to other locations like restaurants and sights downtown for relaxation. A clean and well maintained structure for what I would guess would be an older property. I requested non-smoking and that was confirmed through the website. When I checked in, all they had was smoking rooms. I was very upset, but had no other choice to try and book another room elsewhere that late at night. Very unhappy.

People from the neighborhood flowing through the lot(not a nice neighborhood), broken A/C unit, not getting the room I reserved, not much positive to say.Wait, the coffee was pretty good.

The hotel was nice. We had a double room with two full size beds. The only problem was they were shorter than usual. I am 6'4" and my son is 5'11". The beds were too short for either of us. The only one who didn't have their feet hanging off the bottom of the bed was my 5'2" wife.

It was pretty run down. The elevators were not working right. The back entry door was not working & the staff just said yes we know. The bathrooms were very basic. Not what I expected.

Comfortable, clean hotel. Only problem was an air conditioner in which the temperature could not be adjusted (but too cold was okay for hot summer conditions).

Very friendly staff. Though i stayed for a night, i had a very good stay at this hotel. Food is not served for free but they had a restaurant with a very good menu available.

Great hotel! We stayed here for a concert at the Intrust arena and the staff was great. We were able to take the shuttle to and from the arena so we didn't have to worry about parking. Nice and clean rooms. Although the non-smoking rooms smelled a bit like smoke especiallly in the bathrooms but we were able to air them out. Overall, nice stay.
