This was pleasant stay but our room needed a little work. The rooms could be updated a bit as far as overall design and it needed a MYCH bigger closet. Also, our bathroom light kept flickering creating and almost strobe light affect. Also the toilet was not working properly. The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Pretty good […] location , just down the road from Agua Caliente and close to the freeway. Starbucks and Jack in the Box in the same parking lot which was nice for a quick lunch by the pool. Stayed here for two nights while in town for the Paribas tennis tournament. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly; rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet; breakfast was very good. "Reasonably close to BNP Paribas Open Tennis Tourn"
Room was comfortable and clean, as was hotel overall. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast buffet was wonderful. Drive to the tennis stadium was reasonable (about 10-15 minutes). Easy to get to. Breakfast was good and a wide variety. Room was big and clean. 14 year old daughter said pull out couch wasn't very comfortable, but they usually aren't. Fridge and microwave in room. "All Around Satisfying Stay"
The staff there was very nice and attentive. Clean rooms and good service. Breakfast was OK but not the best. Don't really care much about that. When we walked in the second night from dinner, another guest was yelling and screaming at the young man behind the counter. He remained calm and handled himself exceptionally well. We actually waited for a […] bit to make sure this woman didn't attack him. Turned out that her credit card didn't go through and when he tried to call her room to tell her, she kept hanging up on him. Then she decided to comfront him in person. She was out of control and beyond any kind of acceptable behavior. After she left, we told him that he handled it very well and if he needed any help with what happened, to call us.
