Check in was nice and easy and pleasent we was given our room keys and was on floor 4 the room was actually very basic but nice and clean and the bathroom was very clean with a great shower.Breakfast we only used once and that was enough you only got Sausage scramblled eggs (dry) beans all that where lukewarm.

I booked a room for business reasons at this convenient location. The hotel was very clean and modern and well appointed for the price. I have absolutley no complaints at all and booked in again for the following night.

Staff helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was conveniently situated about 5 minutes walk from bus/tube/train station and the Westfield Stratford shopping centre. Room was very clean. Bed could have been more comfortable though.

Wanted a twin room but it took three attempts going up to the room then back to reception before getting the right room! That was the only complaint other than that it was very nice and modern with a 24hr bar

what is the point of having a choice of pillows if the bed is like sleeping on a bag of potatoes in a dish?! All else in the room is good. The powdered eggs for breakfast are awful - especially tasteless and turn grey too quickly when left in the serving dish. No need for it - Yuk.

Close to Westfield, Stratford shopping centre. It feels like an up & coming area, am sure this was convenient for the Olympic Stadium. I had tickets for the O2 to see Robbie so was quite convenient. Room was clean, evening meal/breakfast was very nice, staff friendly & helpful.

The greeting we received wasn't exactly an enthusiastic one but she did warm to us gradually and actually was very helpful with regards to the parking. The parking on site is far too expensive but literally outside is a few spaces that you can park for free overnight, just make sure you get up early enough to put a ticket on it by 8am. The rooms were […] fairly spacious and really clean, however the beds were a little wobbly and you found yourself rolling around quite literally in your sleep! The breakfast was pretty basic but all in all not really that bad, it had hot and cold food to choose from. We chose this hotel as we were combining a London sightseeing trip with going to a concert at the o2 arena. This hotel is within a few minutes walk of Stratford station (and the excelent Westfield centre for the shopaholics!) which has direct links to much of the city and the o2 making it perfect for us. Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold food. Staff were extremely helpful and on busy mornings, even the manager chipped in and helped clear away breakfast trays - great to see. My only real (minor) criticism was that the although the choice of up lighters and bedside lamps in the room was great as 'mood' lighting for relaxing, and it would have been nice to have option of brighter lights for reading as the lighting was somewhat on the dim side. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent and the restaurant meals were also pretty good. While the room was not stunning it was satisfactory. Close to tube station and shopping mall.

Nice, friendly hotel to stay at, especially for events around the area (London Excel and Olympic Stadium). Only a few minor faults though, like there being no physical bar of soap in the bathroom (usually other places have small, packaged ones) and breakfast was a little lackluster. Still, nice place to stay at!

The hotel was more than adequate. Staff were polite, friendly and efficient including the domestic staff. The rooms are extremely basic and very noisy being on a main road , the walls are paper thin we were not allowed our telly on as we got a call from reception telling us to turn it off. we heard everything from next door, and I mean everything!! the breakfast area was like a works canteen and the quality of the breakfast was poor, the only choice of […] eggs were scrambled and they were so overcooked they felt like they would bounce. Very pleasantly surprised. Nice bedroom, large and clean with newly refurbished bathroom - the bed could have been larger as a bit cramped for two tall people! Very good breakfast included, friendly helpful staff. Right next to where we went to see the Paralympics with excellent transport links into London.

Couldn't fault the hotel, especially for the price. Decor was bright and modern and customer service was excellent across the board. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, beds comfortable and rooms spacious for the standard. We were very satisfied.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself looks to have been recently refurbished. Pricey, but considering the location it was worth every penny for our recent visit to the Olympic park.

I booked the Holiday Inn Express for the night of the Technical Rehearsal for the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games.It's location was ideal, a short walk to the Westfield centre and the Olympic Stadium. We used the hotel for an overnight stay befoe picking up my daughter's belongings from Queen Mary University at the end of term, It was very easy to get to from the motorway, the advantage of having parking available (at a charge) was a plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful - I would certainly consider the hotel again.

A twenty minute walk from Stratford city station and Westfield shopping centre, walking right past the back of the Olympic stadium. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Of our recent hotel stays this was the worst for some time. On checking in it was unclear whether the staff were paying attention to you or not. The room we were booked into was obviously a smoking room - ash trays and smell - when a non-smoking room was requested. We didn't change this as we had a quick turn around to check in and get out again. The […] double bed was not deluxe, it was like sleeping on a water bed, when either of us moved the other one got bounced in the air. The shower went from freezing cold to boiling hot regardless of what I set the control to. The hairdryer did not work. The servery for breakfast is far too small for the number of people the hotel can accomodate and can be anticipated down for breakfast at one time. The arrangement of the seating in the main area was such that it was going to cause bottle necks, which it did. Eggs served at breakfast were off and returned and eventually removed after complaints from several customers. In the end we could not wait to check out and be home. The hotel location was pretty good for Westfields and the Olympic park but this is about the only good thing I have to say about this hotel Pročitajte više

This hotel is on a main road and my window was not effective at blocking road noise. The road is busy. The window also let in a draught which meant I had to keep the noisy heating on all night to stay warm. Needless to say I did not sleep well. All was nice, exept one quite an important thing - we paid for early check in ( 12pm), but when we arrived at 2 pm, the receptionist asked to wait, the room was not ready. Well that it was not long, but next time I think I won't pay for early check in.
