I stayed at this hotel for a 12 hour layover. The shuttle bus was free and very easy to use. The staff was friendly. I would stay again.

I've stayed at several hotels around the Frankfurt airport and this is the best to date. Free airport shuttle, nice, clean and spacious rooms and a friendly staff. All the things you need for an overnight at the airport. I will be staying there again.

I enjoyed my stay at the NH Frankfurt Niederrad hotel. It is very close to the airport. It also offers a free shuttle service. The shuttle runs from the airport every half hour. "Good price and comfy night"
We stayed only 1 night for stopover in Frankfurt and found it comfortable and convenient to go to the city centre. The receptionists were eager to help provide city info. It would have been much better if bathtub would be provided.
"Horrible"
The room was not comfortable, the bed was two separate beds pushed together, there was no tub, the toilet smelled, and we had to pay an additional fee for internet access (that they didn't tell us about until check-out.) There are absolutely no restaurants or activities nearby, so you're forced to pay the high prices on-site. The exercise room is a […] joke, and the restaurant staff were awful. Ein bisschen ausser von Zentrum - so 15 Euro mit Taxi. Sehr Sauber und sehr gute ud geschulte Personal. Essen hat geschmeckt - grossere Karte wäre aber besser gewesen.
