This hotel was formally a Best Western. The staff appears to be a carry over and not very professional or friendly. The facility is well maintained and has a lot of amenities. The location at the end of Clearwater Beach offer a more private beach experience. The pool is a little small but like everything at this hotel is very well maintained.

It is not in the centre of Clearwater Beach so it will suit those who want somewhere quieter but not those who want to be where the action is. We chose the Wyndham cause it had a private beach and we knew that the public beach can be very crowded during warm weather....And what a great idea it was to stay here! Very nice hotel and very clean. Service was great. Things I wish were different were at least free coffee for guests in lobby, only Starbucks is a available and can get quite costly for our 5 night stay. Food was good but again quite pricey!! Overall was a good stay at a nice hotel.

For a resort such as this one, I feel I wasted my money. I stayed in a Harbor view room which only showed a sliver of the harbor and overlooked the street, rooftops and loud music from cars driving below. My friend and I wanted to get out of town spur of the moment, so we called and were able to book two nights that day at a very reasonable rate. This is a cheap interstate Motel with a (not on the Gulf) beach. We checked out other hotels in the area. This one had good amenities for the price, and was cleaner and not run down.The beds were very comfortable. There is a walgreens across the street, an Ihop very close, and a lively tiki bar nearby. It was a bit of a walk to the public beach and Pier 60(half mile to a mile) but the walk was nice. We had a little […] snag when checking in, as we wanted to upgrade to an ocean side room and the clerk rented it out as we were looking at the room. The TV didn't work. People were cleaning all the time even as breakfast was being served. Someone was sweeping the floor which I felt was not healthy. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone else. The staff ,however, were quite helpful and pleasant.

Our stay was great even though the weather was freezing and only real complaint was getting there after 10pm and freezing all day and unable to find a parking spot. Parked on the sidewalk with no complaints.

Did not think much of my syay. The private beach was nice, and we enjoyed the Gondolier Restaurant right across the street. The hotel staff was mostly nice. The beach and pool area are great. The rooms were good. It was an adventure every time we took the elevator. The elevator shakes and makes lots of noises, but it did get us to our floor.

I stayed at this hotel with a couple of girlfriends. The hotel and room was very clean. The surrounding beach was tidy. Service was impeccable. All hotel employees were very kind. Would stay again.

It served our needs, especially since we weren't at the hotel much. Staff was friendly when we needed to interact with them. However, I would highly suggest a beach view room rather than street for the car noise at night. This is the very last hotel on the south end of Clearwater beach. The only complaint would be for the service at breakfast,staff were helpful but the meals took forever to arrive therefore the service charge of 18% should not apply. And of an evening at the bar after ordering 1 glass of white wine we ask for a refill and was told that they had run out of white wine what hotel does that? Wonderful hotel. Great for kids as you have your own private beach area. About 1/2mile from public beach but other than a small hike we would recommend staying here. The staff recommended wonderful places to dine at, so don't be shy to ask. We were not disappointed.
