My biggest complaint about this hotel is about the staff. I asked someone at the desk how to get to the Central Market (a prime attraction in Santiago) -- She told me it was closed, I went anyway and it was open! She lied to me, and I'm certain she could not have been mistaken about that, as it is open all the time. Asked someone else about how to get […] a bus to Valparaiso, I couldn't understand the name of the bus depot, he was mumbling the name, I asked for clarification, I guess one too many times , and he got all testy with me, as though I should be familiar with it. When I was leaving the hotel for the airport I said I would get a taxi on the street, the desk clerk took my luggage and lead me to a van waiting in the hotel lot. I asked if it was the same price as the street taxis that were passing by frequently. The clerk insisted it was the same, but when I got in and discussed price as we were driving away, the price I was quoted was higher than expected and the driver told me he has to pay the guys at the hotel a 20% commission! Shady bunch working there. Really made my stay there a bummer and I'm a polite and respectful person, so don't stay there if you want to feel like a welcome, appreciated guest. Pročitajte više

Excellent place to stay in Lima! Very quiet, great service, but small enough to have a nice atmosphere! Good restaurants in the surroundings, close to embassies, banks, businesses. Have been looking for a good place to stay in Lima, and this is definitely it. Will be back!

I arrived at 7:30pm and my room wasn't ready due to some problem with a customer. I had to wait one hour and a half but the staff were friendly enough to invite me to dinner for free and upgraded the room to a spa one. Very nice. The location couldn't be better, nice to walk around. The service very good. I stayed for a weekend and got in mind to visit the Nazca Lines. The hotel organized everything so well. Really can recommend it. The room was very nice.

This is a comment for both Expedia and the hotel. I didn't like the fact that I was charged an additional fee for been local. If this was the case, It should have been showed in the website before the reservation.

I stayed 1 night before going to machupichu and we could listen all the noise coming from the plaza de armas late into the night when we needed a godo night's rest. Before we left home we called and requested that someone pick us up at the airport. Our plane arrived late a night and the person was waiting there over an hour while we waited for our bags. Radisson hotel San Isidro was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was the lack of transparency regarding the transportation from hotel to airport. I requested taxi service the day before but when I was ready to leave , I was told that there was no transportation arrangement. Everything is perfect at this hotel, the reception, breakfast, elevators, rooms and of course the service. If you look for a pool than you should not book this hotel. The neighborhood is safe and you will find restaurants and shopping areas arround the corner.

A little costly but worth it if you can book early enough. Service is great and taxi service is a good option. Be prepared to pay 8.00 dollars for a taxi ride veras the 8 soles from local taxis. Other then that was a great experance and would recommend the stay. Safe, clean and neat and very professional.

It is an excellent hotel with a very good location. Halfway between downtown (if you need to do some business) and the glamorous Miraflores and Barranco (if you want to relax and have some fun at night). Very comfortable rooms, an excellent service and highly friendly staff

Radisson San Isidro is a must. Nice, small and trendy hotel, enourmous room a fantastic breakfast. We received a 10USD a day drinks coupom which was also fun. Service is also fantastic. If you have a problem, talk to the bellboy Badu.
