Everything was great! I was surprised and absolutely thrilled that the room came with a full sized refrigerator and a fully functional kitchen, I brought cups in case there weren't any. Absolutely loved my stay!

I was first impressed with the service when the front desk clerk called up 5 minutes after my arrival to see if everything is ok. I said it was. Then, I found the following problems:1) the sealed glasses and cioffee cup in the cabinet had a brown liquid inside. So i did not use them and there was no disposable cups to use. The bathroom sink stopper […] was broken and the sink did not drain properly. The kitchen sink has some crusty debris on the water filter. The plug on the kitchen counter was loose and my cell phone charger kept falling out of it. I have pictures of these problems and if you would like to see them. we stayed here the first night room was decent but locations too far from theme parks. no pool. bag of oatmeal is breakfast? ...anyways second night went to travelodge because its around the corner n theyre almost the same price but breakfast was wayyy better cereal waffles n etc

The hotel is descent and convenient. Especially with kids the kitchen was very helpful. Didn't care too much for the beds. Overall the hotel was nice would probably stay again.

I don't know why they bother having people book a certain room type. I had specified a king bed /smoking. Which is what they claimed to have and what I believed I paid for,but when I got there they gave me the choice of 2 double beds or non -smoking. My original room type had been given away to someone else and I arrived 30 min. before check-in. I had […] to wait forever to finally just take the double beds I didn't want. The "free" wi-fi didn't work. The one woman working didn't seem to know much. The beds were very uncomfortable. No shampoo in bathrooms. I could go on,but in summation this place sucks! The hotel is OK was not cool with the fact that I had to clean myself which is the hotel policy cos I haven't stayed up to one week. The workers are great. The manager very helpful and friendly but professional. There is also an amazing dude his name is Louis he is very polite and always ready to help. Seeing him behind the desk make my day..

As long as you know what you are getting into, you will be fine. I had to have them come and change my NASTY comforter.....many interesting stains on it....Very convenient location, nice grab and go breakfast with oatmeal and coffee - very inexpensive

Most of the reviews I read were not the same as my experience. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help in every way. The room was extremely clean. There was no outside noise that I heard. The shower was good with lots of room. No unusual smells, except for a mixture of cooking smells and no tobacco smells. Very comfortable bed. What a joke. When we arrived there was one bar of soap in the shower. You have to "ask at the front desk" for shampoo and a hair dryer. If you stay at this place, you better bring everything. There is nothing in the room. The "breakfast" was an even bigger joke. They set out coffee and water in the lobby, the coffee was cold. There were oatmeal bars, […] apples, packaged oatmeal (but the water was cold) and a single otis spunkmeyer muffin. Shouldn't really advertise they include breakfast, it wouldn't even qualify for continental breakfast status. They told me it was breakfast "to go." Not the cleanest room. This is a bare bones kind of place. The breakfast isn't really breakfast. It's coffee. They had three muffins and a couple pieces of fruit when we went down. We had to go down the street and spend an unaccounted for extra 30 minutes to actually get a decent breakfast (and by decent I mean fast food). It could be a nice hotel . They just renovated the rooms but did not upgrade the beds or towels or amenities. The towels were very woren and no hair dyers or soaps or any nice tissue paper. it did have a little kitchenette that was nice. All in all I would say it was ok for the two nights we stayed but I did go out and buy towels. I think they could […] change their ratings with a little more upgrades they charge the price. Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Bedsheet had lots of hair and spot of blood. Carpet was filthy. Room smelled like vomit. Bathtub water did not drain properly. List can go on and on.

Stayed at the hotel on my 3-day layover in LA. Found the hotel to be very affordable and comfortable with basic amenities. The bathroom is clean, and the room was well prep-up when I checked in. The hotel and the room has all the necessities - self-laundry facilities, free high speed WiFi, ample free parking, kitchenette with large fridge, microwave […] oven, stove, basic utensils provided, 2x working desk, and space to spare. Only 10+ minutes to Disneyland where all the major eateries are located, and good connection to major freeways. Had a bit of a hiccup with the free WiFi during my stay between 18th-21st Oct, but it was resolved within hours. I strongly recommend the hotel to long staying business travellers and holidaymakers.
