Beautiful Hotel, very handy for Wenseslas Square (about 7mins walk) and Old Town Square (about 12 mins) The hotel was very clean with a huge Super King Size bed. We spoke to each other by phone (Only Joking) Prague is a lovely City. Get a 2 or 3 day travel pass at the Airport. Works out at about 110czk per day. Clean and friendly place. Close to all must-see sights. H0oters nearby which was nice (for the food would you believe!). I was disappointed with the breakfast though. Its just different types of bread, a toaster with cheese and ham and some cereal with tea/coffee/juice. Can not complain about any aspect. However visited a friend's room under the eaves and thought it not as nice as ours and although they had an extra settee the room seemed a trifle cramped with slope ceilings, also they had only a shower.The receptionists were very helpful especially Marco who seemed to know everything and for whom nothing was too much […] trouble. The recptionist MARCO was an excellent help. He was more than just a person behind the desk to admit guests but a combination of both reception, check-in and concierge. Knowing fluently 6 languages, he also can converse in 6 more. He has knowledge regarding composers, sports etc.. I have lived in Praha for 10 years so when I return I seek a great hotel with a superior location at a great price. This hotel has it all.... short walk to old town( Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, Old Town etc. ) and one block from the Vltava. The tram and station is a few minutes walk. Just and ideal location where you can walk everywhere and not have to rely on Taxi. ( taxi's are know to take advantage of tourists with different rates that seem official.. always ask for a receipt and with the drivers ID #, they may give yo a receipt with out info on it... if so mark the tag number on the car. Buffet Breakfast, good selection. Rooms clean and warm but tiled floor made it feel cold and unpleasant, although slippers were provided. Towels dreadful, hard and stiff.

Ideal of site seeing, lovely and warm in winter months, good breakfast covering the whole range of requirements including green beans!! No milk in rooms, lemon tea only. Shuttle from airport very useful every two hours on arrival but you have to make your own way home NO SHUTTLE BACK TO AIRPORT. The hotel is an excellent location in terms of bars and restaurants. Its a 12 minute walk to Wenceslas square and the metro station is even closer. I found this to be a very good hotel if one does not mind a short (10 min or so) walk to the action. The rooms were more spacious than we were used to in Europe; the breakfast was not great but good, and we actually got a king size bed that was not two mattresses joined together. This hotel should have 3 star not 4 star. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. The floor in the room was dirty from the first date and never clean for the all our stay. The location is good and close to the centre. Do not use phone in your room. Just 1 local phone call cost around $1.50. Breakfast was ok.

The staff was very friendly and prompt but I feel that the front desk was understaffed with one person running the desk at all times. There were many times where we hate to wait for up to 15 minutes in line for assistance.

I was upgraded to one of the "antique" rooms, since I had requested a room on the street side of the hotel. It was spacious, very clean, had tons of storage. My main problems with this hotel were that it had no TV channels in English and the wifi was spotty at best, so it conveyed a feeling of isolation. Superbly clean with pleasantly decorated and furnished rooms, The Hotel Caeasar was located conveniently near tram stops which provided easy access into the city. The staff spoke English and were helpful. Breakfast consisted of cereal, yoghurt,fruit, eggs, breads of different types and cold meat. It was enjoyable and varied on each of the four days […] we spent there. I would certainy stay again but would probably take my own tea bags and perhaps even a mug! The beds were definitely very firm. There are several restaurants within yards of the hotel if you do not want to eat in the centre of the city and their prices were very competitive. Very convenient and useful (and free!) shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Friendly, approachable and helpful staff, providing useful information and directions to various places in Prague, and a map. The bar staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was extremely varied and of excellent quality. The hot breakfast options were not vegetarian […] friendly however, with ham in the scrambled eggs and sausages in the beans. The room was very comfortable and clean, with great room service and en-suite facilities. It was always nice to return to a clean, and tidied room after a day out in Prague. There were two tins of peanuts and a tin of olives provided, but not until we had eaten them did we notice the very discreet sticker saying 50cz each. There was also a useful taxi to the airport from the hotel for a reasonable price (680cz) which saved us lots of time that could have been wasted on the complex underground system. Pick up from the airport was fine - so good start. Reception staff at check in very friendly - perhaps advise customers that you need to push door within seconds of room key being input and stop them having to go back to reception (I wasn't the only guest to experience difficulties here) ? Room was very spacious with two windows . Had asked for king size bed but got two singles put together - not ideal. Quality of beds/bedding leaves a lot for improvement - certainly 2.5/3 stars. We cannot think of anything negative to say about this hotel at all and we can be very critical. The location is good, close to a metro station. Its not the prettiest area one mainly attracting stag dos but we never had any issue, and never heard any noise from these bars and we stayed over a weekend. The hotel is in a great location. Prague is a very pedestrian-friendly city in terms of how compact it is (most of the attractions are within a 3-4 mile span), the many cobblestone (closed to traffic) walkways and pedestrian squares, and the ample greenspaces and parks. The hotel was clean, there was space in the mini-fridge for a few of our own beverages, […] and there was a reputable currency exchange and mini-mart within a 2-minute walk. The water pressure was great, and there was ample hot water. All hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping, dining room) were friendly and efficient. The included breakfast is overall adequate. It is gluten-heavy (so as a GF person...I was limited to hard-boiled eggs, corn, and sliced meats), and if they run out of something, they typically replace it with something different (e.g. changes from ham to pancakes). It is ample, and in some cases more than you'd find anywhere else, but it probably won't allow you to fill up for the day...that's all. Overall a very nice experience. Pročitajte više

Hotel was in a great location for our short break in sunny Prague....15mins walk to the old town. The rooms were adequate, quite spacious as well and breakfast was also very good.
