Nine Zero Hotel, a Kimpton Hotel - Boston

Location location location!! It's right @ Park Str Stn on Tremont, so easy access to Red & Green lines. There's a Dunkin' Donuts half block away. Downtown Crossing is 1 block away. The Commons & Gardens are across the street. It was strangely hard to get a cab. Granted, this was a crazy busy reunion weekend + there were 2 conferences in town (& we were […] downstream from Government Ctr). The bellhop was very kind & helpful, running to the curb w his whistle to help us get a cab. The room (Premium Queen) was great: end of the hallway, very quiet. We had ordered a cot which they brought up when they turned down the room. Even w the cot (& the ironing board open!), there was ample space to move around. We put 2 suitcases in the closet & 1 on the footstool against the window. Btw, apparently upper floors also get ipads in the rooms--we were on 15, so we did not get one—no big deal, we weren't in the rm that much. Linens are very good quality, shower was spacious (rounded shower rod); Toto toilets. The front staff were *VERY* friendly & helpful. Check-in was smooth. Our rm wasn't ready b/c we arrived at 730AM, but they checked in our luggage & called us when the rm became ready. They are a dog-friendly hotel & they do not have a size limit for their canine guests! I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Boston! Can't rave enough, but limited to 1500 characters. We stayed there 4 nights. The room we received on arrival was not as good as I expected ( dark with the window facing a wall which was 2 meters away). I complained and the room was immediately changed. The room we received was much better. Light, great views - very nice. Nice hotel , great location and they care what you think

the nine zero was a super chic hotel with outstanding service. the rooms were ultra modern,sleek and impeccably clean. the shower was amazing. the hotel is located within walking distance to every major attraction. my only wish is that we could have stayed longer. loved it! we would absolutely stay there again.

the staff were impeccable in their service, the room was clean, the hotel well-located and the price was fairly reasonable. The only thing they could improve upon was the quality of the wine served during the cocktail hour in the afternoon, but it was free so I'm reluctant to complain too much.

Perfect location for a Boston break (right on the common) and a great luxury boutique. Good value, too ($220 for a King) although somewhat marred by expensive parking charges ($42 per night).

The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance of a number of attractions and amenities. The hotel rooms themselves are nice (although our TV did not work upon arrival and the toilet overflowed on the day of our departure). The downsides are, however, this is a pet friendly hotel (being woken up by yapping dogs in the next room is not a great start to the day) and the location, while convenient, is in a part of town with a number of nearby fast food restaurants and pubs, which brings with it the associated downsides. Nine zero never disappoints. Its great location near the Commons, the Opera House and downtown crossing shopping make it super convenient for a night at the ballet mixed with a bit of acquisition therapy. The staff is friendly and helpful--double love when we bring our golden retriever. Thanks!

Had tickets to book of Mormon and decided to have a nice weekend stay in Boston. Usually stay at the omni for events like these but decided to give nine-zero a try. Paid extra for the skyline view, but got a view of rusty air handling equipment. Granted, it was on the roof of the adjoining building and we didn't have a brick wall view, but not what […] I had in mind for a romantic skyline view. The hotel was lovely, the staff were attentive and all you expect from a hotel of this class. We only stayed for 1 night so had limited exposure to the amenities. Overall, for a grownup night out without kids, the nine-zero was a bit of a let down. The Nine Zero is the second Kimpton Hotel I've stayed at (the other one is the Allegro in Chicago). I went with two friends and we had a great time. Thomas, the concierge, was especially helpful and charming. The only drawback, and it is small, is the use of fabric curtains to decorate walls. I had an enjoyable experience at Nine Zero hotel. The staff was truly hospitable and friendly. They smiled often and were excited to be of service to me and my family. I initially booked this hotel for my parents-in-law to celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary in downtown Boston. They totally loved the staff and services that the hotel provided. […] When the hotel learned that it was their anniversary, they upgraded them to skylight view room and gave them complimentary fruits and other goodies. As a surprise to our parents my husband and two children traveled to Boston to spend their anniversary with them. The hotel was aware that we were coming and they helped us to pull the surprise off smoothly. Overall, I would gladly stay at this boutique hotel again because it's clean, staff is warm, location perfect and the price is affordable . This is a fantastic hotel - great location close to historical sites like the Freedom Trail, Boston Common, State House, etc. Hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Room and hotel were both fresh and contemporary. Check in was easy. Only problem was a long wait for the valet to bring up car (20 minutes when there was no one else in line in front of us). Otherwise, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.
