Worst service ever They don't clean your room or give you new towels If you need service it take forever to get someone on the phone or to come to your room We paid for an upgrade but there was not benefit at all don't waste your money come to this hotel is really bad it looks like a 1 star motel

Not the most up to date hotel, but a good price. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Considering all we really did was sleep there, I really can't complain since the price was excellent.

The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. The room was very comfortable and CLEAN. Need a little maintenance work in shower but nothing major. Great amenities, walking distance from resturants and fun parks. Stayed 2 nights and will stay at this location again :-)

beds were very uncomfortable. Drawers in furniture were falling apart. We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it but this will be the last time we stay there. It is very old, although clean. Stayed at the ramada (highly recommend) the 1st 2 days of our trip. The last day we stayed up the street at the enclave( terrible choice). We booked a 2 bedroom suite and proceeded to check in which was a breeze. The 1st room 1002 we walked in smelled straight like a cat sprayed everywhere and the tv in thein the master bedroom did not have any functioning […] channels, the place looked just plain dirty. We were moved to the 6th floor which was also a 2 bedroom but only had 1 tv which was in the living room and looked worse than the 1st room. So we moved back to 1002, which was the worst choice made, and we noticed ants all on the dresser in the master bedroom. We had to light our candle we bought the day before from bath and body works and we went to 7-11 to buy a can of glade spray to spray the unit. We put our sheet over their blanket( be damned if we layed under the cover). And all night it felt like something was crawling all over me. We stayed until 2 am and decided to take the long 12 hour drive back home after a long day at universal studio. Oh yeah the manager offered us a hot breakfast buffet, smh, lol. Hotel charged a $50 "reservation" fee to my bank account AFTER I had checked out. Anytime flushing the toilet or taking a shower it was extremely loud. Location was decent to local chain restaurants. Hotel room and pool area were clean. It was an ok experience for the price minus the added on fee and noise level.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel recently. We had read reviews that it was outdated, and while that may be true, it’s not really a big deal. They were flexible and friendly! Rooms were nice but asked about upgrading to a bigger room, they accomadated us with smiles. Loved the 24-hour indoor pool! Since we flew in late and had to leave the next morning, that was a huge bonus for us and the reason we selected the hotel. Nice friendly Hotel and ALL the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed for 3 weeks in a studio apt in February and at this time of year it was good value for money. Poor soundproofing. Door hardware fell off the patio door. Cabinets, wallpaper, picture hanging, flooring, etc. very poorly done. Awesome security staff! Nice to have waffles and fruit for breakfast. Nice pools and hot tubs.

We stayed here the night before checking into disney resort. Had driven 13 hours and wanted the kids to have there own room for the night before Checking in to disney the next day. This more than let our needs. We had 2 br. A balcony. An a full kitchen that we never used. Of note the in room coffee was Starbucks which I thought was a nice suprise. […] We only used the free continental breakfast that came with the room. It was what you would expect. Fruit. Pastries etc. there was the option to upgrade to a hot breakfast for $3.99 but we passed. The location was easy on and off of I 4. It was surrounded but several other large resorts. Several restaurants within walking distance. Seemed like a nice resort for the price. Indoor pool and fitness room were open 24 hours. Rooms are old but clean enough. Beds were fine. Rooms smelled awful. Cheaply maintained facilities. Did not want to use any of the pool or Jacuzzi facilities due to hygiene issues. I visit Orlando twice a year for work but I will not be staying here again.

Although this was very close to Universal studio's and about a 10 min bus ride to the outlet mall, the room was very outdated, beds were very uncomfortable, the washrooms very small and there was a musty smell. The front desk girls were very nice & helpful. But when we got in bed & pulled up the covers they smelled of puke! The front desk did get us replacements with in 15 minutes & appoligized profusseley. But they say it wasn't puke but bad washing service, I know what puke smells like & it was puke!

Should of listened to my spidey sense. Here is a list of my experience. 1. Master shower would not get hot water due to knob would not rotate completely so had to use child shower. 2 Childs room shower the center of shower knob kept falling off to the point I finally set it aside and did not drain well so instead of a shower my knees and lower legs […] took a bath instead. 3. the pull out mattress on the couch was so thin I would of been better off sleeping in the floor instead I felt like I was sleeping on a bed with spikes. 4. Planned on a movie night with family bought popcorn and everything only to find out their movie service was down and very limited on television channels they didn't even have the disney channel for the kids..in Orlando home of the mouse are you kidding? 5. The continental breakfast is truely continental (toast, doughnuts, apple bananas oranges, and cold waffles of course this is right beside the hot breakfast for 3.99 which is NOT a buffet and also limited the day we were there; scrambled eggs, cornbeef w/hash, oatmeal and frozen hard cinnamon toast sticks, ended up going to I Hop finally throughout the hotel there are notifications about "hotel safety tips" with deadbolts on the doors and elevators are key protected. I am all about safety but with all these little "signs/notifications" about safety tips being OVERLY abundunt the hotel made me uneasy and think that something horrible must of happened and hotel knows not safe due to area. In the first room the paint fumes were so bad we had to move to a second room. in the second room there were dirty socks in the bathroom and in the pull out couch.
