From check-in I knew I had chosen the correct hotel for my 4 night stay. We arrived around 12:30 and the room would not be ready until check-in at 4.... But that was not an issue, we were guided to changing rooms to get more comfortable and cleaned up. Our baggage was then kindly stored for safely by the concierge. We gave our cell number to the front desk just in case our room became available earlier. We were then called and into our room by 2:45. The room was modern, contemporary and clean. We faced the pool and beach area but the room was still quiet. The bed was fantastic with a soft headboard which most modern hotels have not yet grasped. The TV had Dish Network which was nice in downtime. The staff were very friendly and willing to help at any moment. The only member that was rather rude was amazingly Jewls the concierge lady. She was stuck up and I even saw her being rude to a coworker. That was the only minor issue in 4 lovely days. All the food at the restaurant was good, the drinks were cold and the beach was lovely with complimentary chairs and towels. They even brought around chilled towels and frozen fruit treats to the guests, a lovely touch. I'm glad we chose this hotel because it was at the quiet end of Duval. It was a slice of tranquility and relaxation. This will be the only hotel we use in Key West and after our first visit we will be back! od Adrian od Lincoln, NE dana 18-04-2013
